For a last minute booking the price of 34 € sounded good.Check-in method was supposed to be by PIN but on arrival there was a locked gate. I had to ring a bell and then call the owner while his wife opened the door.Maybe a way to know who is arriving and after check-out I also could not locate any PIN access.She just showed the PIN to the house key safe.The room window door did not move well or close properly and no trash bin in the room.Lights were old bulbs that made the room too bright.Bathroom was across the hallway.The guesthouse is in a remote area between factories and secretive villas in a village between Lisbon and Sintra. You need to take the Sintra train and then a local bus and a twenty minute walk there..
