Positives of the stay - Clean hotel, courteous service at front desk, location is near Autoroute highway and big selection of breakfast items which were delicious. Negatives of stay - Not having enough street level parking, hotel barely has 12 marked parking spaces. If street level parking is full, they will charge you per day to park in the garage below the hotel. Charging for an extra adult (husband and wife) in order to charge 10 Euros extra for breakfast for second adult - this is unnecessary and being cheap as a hotel manager. Not having any signs in the neighborhood where the hotel is when you get off of the Autoroute and it is noisy near the Autoroute which you can see outside the hotel windows.

The perfect location between Sintra and Lisbon if you're here for vacation and have a car to move around. A very warm welcome from Mr. Francesco and Mr. Alexandre who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable here. I recommend visiting here to all as all the staff were top-notch and made it very easy for us.

1) The front desk guy during the evening (or maybe night) shift has very little service mind. Had to wait almost 10 mins for the guest in front of me to check in (too much chitchatting). And another 10 mins for me to check in. When I asked for the glass of ice, he said that I cannot take the glass from the bar back to room because of the (weird) policy.2) Hotel has no AC during our visit (27-29 May). The weather was very hot (35C during the day and 25C at night), yet hotel still not activate the AC. I was told to buy the fan from Auchan to use in the room instead but it’s closed already and cannot borrow from the hotel. So the 1st night I had to sleep without the fan. The next day I bought the fan and it helpd me to get a good sleep.3) No amentity in the room. Only towels and shower gel.4) However, the manager during the morning shift is very good service mind!!The good thing is that the location is near Auchan, Decathlon and Komatsu (buffet japanese restaurant). They are all in 5 mins walk from the hotel.

I may have made a mistake by clicking twice on "book" as there were two rooms booked for 1 person on my name. Your cilleague deleted one withut hesitating : that's fine! However as an accor privilege member I had some remarks: Welcome drink was not offered at registration - I had to ask for it. Asking the bartender what I could get he did not mention 'wine' where I asked for. He insisted ("these are our rules!") that wine was not included. I had to show what you write for your hotel and finally the manager confirmed- fine. I was asked to pay immediately while I asked whu not tomorrow when I am leaving ? "these are our rules" I am travelling a lot and most of the time there is indeed reservation on my credit card but no direct debiting. I took a meal and was asked to also pay immediately second debit on my credit card. I asked to get tomorrow a bill for all expenditures ... yes it will be ! Then they asked if my car was at the parking and I had to pay again = third debit with my credit card ! That in our company accounting these are considered 'three lines - three expenditures and all for 1 bill => where all could be (as normal I would say) 1 bill 1 payment. I saw your people with the slogan "feel at home " I have to ask what do you mean exactly with this ? Feel like at YOUR home or Feel like at MY home ? Because the way I felt treated it was YOUR home and her strange rules ... As a last remark I have to say that compared with what I experience my self I feel that the price for the service delivered is about 25% above what it deserves.

The hotel is fully equipped with all the essential needs for a 4-night stay. It was a great choice as I was attending WSBK. The hotel even has a direct bus stop in front of it. Also, I would like to highlight that the hotel staff were welcoming and provided a very professional service. Definitely, I will come back.

Good value for money. Solid location, easy access to the highway, quick access to Sintra, Lisbon... It's clean, the internet is good, the service is good too. The reception desk and bar are open 24/7.

Pleasant stay despite the price stated when booked was less than what effectively paid due to child’s age, despite confirmed in advance while booking

I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Sintra. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient—within walking distance, you can find a pharmacy, a Lidl supermarket, McDonald’s, and the CUF Sintra Hospital right across the street. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. It’s only about 10–15 minutes away from Sintra’s historic center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant place to stay.
