So' Lifestyle Hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. It's very peaceful, nestled away from the busy traffic but within easy walking distance to the centre of Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. The hotel itself is an oasis, modern and extremely clean. All rooms are finished to a very high spec and and you have the opportuntiy to fill up flasks of still, fizzy and hot water whenever you like from the machines which are placed around the hotel, we thought this was a lovely touch. The pool is set amongst beautiful woodland and gardens which is always very clean and well kept, and fresh towels are always provided. I cannot speak anymore highly of the staff from the hotel, they are always very professional and ready to help out with anything that you need and with always a smile on their faces, nothing is too much trouble. SO' is a beautiful lifestyle hotel with a 5 star service and you are garenteed a very relaxing stay. Thank you

Really nice boutique hotel about a 20 minute walk from the center of Sorrento. The lobby is spacious, modern and has a trendy vibe. The room was stylish, clean and well designed with a comfortable bed, a sofa bed and a TV on a movable stand. We had a nice view of the street and the mountains. I also liked that the hotel is eco friendly. Instead of plastic bottles, you can refill your glass or bottle from the water stations on each floor. The white design all around the hotel gives it a fresh and relaxing feeling. The best part of our stay was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, helpful and professional. They all spoke excellent English and were always happy to recommend restaurants, attractions and things to do. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Breakfast was good with fresh products, but after seven nights it became repetitive because it was exactly the same every morning. A little more variety would make a big difference for longer stays. We ordered room service once and, unfortunately, the food was below average and quite expensive for the quality. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff, service and value for money were excellent. With a few improvements to the breakfast and room service, this would easily be one of the best boutique hotels in Sorrento. I would definitely stay here again.

Ciao!! I stayed at So’ during the middle of June. I enjoyed my stay there very much, rooms were slightly small, but the updated tech and the balcony definitely made up for that, the breakfast was also on point each day!! This was a perfect Hotel for me because I was out exploring almost every day, as one who stays in Sorrento should do. The staff catered to me and my sisters and Father with genuine hospitality and kindness. On the days I stayed at the Hotel the staff were super friendly and consistent, as was meeting Francesca each morning at breakfast to make a delicious espresso for me or at the pool bar enjoying the pool and garden and drinks during the afternoon. All in all, I would definitely go back here and cheers to the hardworking staff on their hospitality, consistency and all in all pleasant experience. . Ciao!

Our stay at So’ Lifestyle Hotel was great! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and our room, the pool area, and the hotel lobby were always very clean. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring Sorrento. The breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from, and we especially loved starting our mornings with a fresh cup of coffee. The girls working the breakfast shift were really nice and attentive. We really appreciated having a fresh water station on every floor, with options for hot, cold, and sparkling water. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main Sorrento centre. It’s an enjoyable walk, and we actually loved starting our days this way because it gave us the opportunity to see more of Sorrento throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend So’ Lifestyle Hotel!

We just returned from a beautiful, seven night stay at this amazing boutique hotel. |Prior to our arrival, my husband was corresponding with staff member, Rosella. She answered all of his questions in a very timely fashion. |When we arrived, Rosella was the first person to welcome us and was happy to tell us that our room was ready for us (sooner than we expected). We appreciated it very much as we had just taken an 8 hour flight to Naples airport, train ride to San Agnello station and then a longer than expected walk to the hotel (a cab driver told us it was walkable, which it is, but it was rough with luggage, bags, not sure where the hotel exactly was and the extreme heat). Rosella truly is an asset to So’ Lifestyle Hotel and should be recognized.|Housekeeping was excellent. I believe the woman’s name was Antoinetta. She should be recognized by management as well. If I have the name wrong, we stayed in room 310.|The pool staff also did an amazing job making sure everyone was taken care of and supplying the guests with plush pool towels. |Francesca, if I have the name correct, also went above and beyond, and makes a delicious cappuccino! |All of the staff members should be complimented because they went above and beyond for us and other guests.|I hope to return to So’ in the near future! Keep up the good work! |Thank you all for a fabulous stay!

It is the best hotel we ever stayed in. The balcony facing the swimming pool gave us the one of the most content experience in the morning.

Perfect location in Sorrento. Off the main strip but close enough to walk to. Rooms were very clean and the property was kept clean and shiny. The staff here are second to none though. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel with staff as pleasant, helpful, patient (with my 4yo daughter and mother in law), friendly and fun. We had a great stay.

To understand where this review is coming from you need to compare this hotel in perceived price range. At 440 euro per night these are the hotels worldwide that you’re comparing to: - Potato Head, Bali: rated number 18 in the world’s top 50 hotel ratings. Prides itself on its world class beach club and international acts. Totally sustainable and half-board. Room includes a VIP day bed at the club normally worth $500 euro a day. - Park Hyatt, Sydney: most expensive hotel in Australia and only hotel with a full view of the Opera House. All rooms are full suites. - Atlantis The Royal, Dubai: one of Dubai’s newest 5 star architecturally designed resorts on The Palm. In comparison - this is what you expect at SO Lifestyle. Lack of attention to detail: a double bed booked and instead two singles set up, a very basic breakfast with albeit nice Italian pastries but cold potato rostis, university style accomodation with cold decor and no views. The pool is superb while small, and the gardens are beautiful - but when compared to the world’s best and most beautiful hotels and resorts and despite understanding supply/demand (and Sorrento does have a lack of supply), I question whether the pricing for the supreme lack of quality and value paints the entirety of Sorrento in a negative light. I think the hotel administrators probably need to sit down and have a think about their offering if they want to persist with exuberant prices.
