The whole experience was below par. I never write reviews like this, but I felt the need to be honest. The first thing that hits you is that the hotel is below grade and it feels like you’re staying in an underground garage. The whole facility is hard surfaces so at night all you hear is chairs banging people walking absolutely no sense of peace and quiet. The room was well used. Caulking with mold in it no surface look like it had been updated in a very long time. The breakfast was just fair at best. I understand what the price point for this hotel is but saying it’s a three star is so far from the truth. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean, but being in a semi-basement with a high wall outside meant there was no natural sunlight at all. Also, there was no electric kettle provided, which was very inconvenient. A decent stay, but lacks basic amenities.

Wasn't expecting anything amazing for the price. But lots of ants crawling around the room. Beds didn't look very clean and one if the pillows looked stained. Shower also wasn't working properly.|At least the reception was nice and helpful with suggestions, and the location is good.

I had a great experience at this hostel. Everything about my stay was excellent. The hostel was Super Clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Francesca and Giuseppe who made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-maintained place, and I’m really glad I chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone (specially solo traveler) looking for a comfortable and clean hostel experience.

So convenient to walk to everything in Sorrento. Room was huge which was great for a family of 4. Front desk staff was always so helpful- giving recommendations, getting reservations, rides, and so much more! We loved our visit 🥳

What I was shown online was misleading. The room was tiny for two people and the bathroom was terrible with a poorly designed shower making water go everywhere. I don’t think what I paid was worth what I got, also given there is no communal kitchen or laundry and you have to pay extra for the facilities offered. The only positive was the location close to Sorrento main centre. In summary, it is not a “hostel” despite what they claim. It’s a hotel wanting more money for solo backpackers.

Very convenient location. close to Marina Grande. near the center . a 15 mins walk from the train station and port . the rooms are outdated . really need an upgrade. staff are nice .

We loved the location, size, and cleanliness of our rooms. We paid for the breakfast one morning, and it was not worth it - while there was a good variety, the food and drink quality was lacking.
