Disappointing stay – not worth four stars The room was extremely small, around 10 m² at most, and only basically equipped. There were no amenities that would justify a four‑star rating. While the building itself is beautiful, the interior design felt minimalist and industrial rather than cozy. A coffee machine in the room was not available, and overall comfort was lacking. For a price of nearly €200 per night (Pentecost Saturday to Sunday), breakfast was not even included, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the wrong choice for Toledo. All the other hotels I stayed at during my trip were better in every respect.

We had room 11 which is wonderful. It has a closed balcony with an oriel window and another window with wrought iron in the bathroom area. We had a very comfortable king bed, walk-in shower and the bathroom sink is separate from the toilet, bidet and shower. There a small refrigerator, a/c and fan. Their breakfast is very good, a buffet for meat,cheese, rolls and yogurt plus eggs can be ordered off the menu. There’s a restaurant and bar open until late. It’s in a perfect location just off the main plaza in the middle of the old town.

Positives: Everything: warm welcome from someone passionate about Toledo; luxurious room (open via an app or tap card)... spacious, fantastic bed and linen; fridge (no mini bar but a Carrefour directly opposite); luxurious bathroom with extra amenities:- vanity kit to shower cap...under floor heating, split system and a plug in heater...rooms are built around an inner courtyard and there's a lovely bar/restaurant on site... it is better than the photos! One of the best hotels i have stayed in during my frequent visits to Spain. Everything is walkable if you are fit enough...including from the train station if you have a back pack luggage. Just steps from the main square... very reasonable prices for the quality. I loved this hotel.|By the way...the name translates to The Saddlery Inn. This hotel is deserving of slightly more than most 4* hotels. Negatives: my room only had an inner courtyard view. You might want to request an external view if that is important to you.

Great hotel with fantastic service. You cannot have better location, almost at the heart of the city but in quiet street. Staff was very friendly during my stay but also before suggesting best parking. Breakfast was small but good - probably only one area which I would suggest improving: if I had fresh bread would be great. Anyway still great experience and my full recommendation

Great boutique hotel. Room was spacious l, clean and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is the best close to everything, including the bus to the train station. Would Definitely stay here again.

Brilliant boutique hotel with plenty to offer. It has a restaurant, bar and open space. Staff, food and drinks were reasonably priced and good. Only negative would be more sound proofing of the balcony windows. Highly recommend

This place operates like a three star hotel. Given this, I am leaving annoyed at the price/experience. My room was ready an hour late from the promised 2 pm check-in. I waited in the courtyard and was not offered a snack, wine, or even water to make up for the annoyance, despite their restaurant being open for lunch service. The rooms do not have bathrobes, slippers, minibar, coffee station, or any kind of welcome snack. Just two plastic water bottles in a mini-fridge that makes a whirring noise. The TV has no access to any streaming apps like Netflix or Prime video. Screencast is also not possible. My room had a standing shower only. Previous night I had just stayed at a different four star hotel which had all of these things, even towel warming rack, separate bidet, complimentary bath salts. The difference in quality was remarkable.
