It's a lovely comfortable hotel in great location BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE FREE PARKING! There is free parking at a University building 5 mins walk away, pot luck if there's space as half the car park is reserved for Uni, and no security

Arrived late, 9.30 pm. Receptionist knew us by name, was very helpful and offered information on free parking and restaurants nearby. The receptionist couldn't have been more pleasant. I'd thoroughly recommend this pet friendly hotel/hostal. The room is spotless.

Rooms are not very big, but new(refurbished) and just perfect, well over the average in this category and price range. With a small balcony. Security is great. It's a 'meublè' (no breakfast in the place itself but ample chances in the building behind the corner and closeby). A common area is downstairs: very clean; comfy and with a chance to basic cooking something (microwave, plates, cutlery). Location: it's outside the walls but in a few minutes walking one can be in the tourist area. The alley is very quiet for a tranquil night sleep. A big free parking place is very close (3 o 4 minutes walking). The receptionist girl is superfriendly, informative and helpful. Wifi with internet speed very high. Very valuable; well worth the money, I'd go back there with no doubt.

Booked this 3 star hotel only to be put in a 2 star hostel across the road. Not a good start. Room was not awful, but below the standard I expected. Overall disappointing. And there was no free parking available

They allowed us to check in early. When checking in, they introduced the city and gave us a map of the city. They made recommendations for historical places and restaurants. The rooms were clean and beautiful. A hotel I would recommend.

I booking 2 room, in avril 2019, for the 6th and 7th of december ( long WE in spain) wiht 7 monts of aanc efor avoid the maters of last minute. and the 7th of novenbre the hostel has cancel the reservation under excuse of problems whits my credit card , in despiste hay contact the hostel directly the 4th of novembre for have un direct contac in cas of problems .
