Hotel is located in very convenient place near the escalators to Toledo and small walk away from train station. Hotel had big bath and shower which is surprising, not many hotels offer such extra and it was amazing to have after all day walk. Only things that could improve rooms are bit dusty, there is noice from AC even if you turn it off and breakfast might not be good enough for everyone and for coffee I suggest to pay small price 1.8 euro for coffee rather drinking instant coffee machine.

Great hotel, breakfast is pretty good. Freshly served and good selection of hot food. Coffee from the bar is also good and very good price 1.60 for a cafe con leche which is cheap considering it’s such a nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. WiFi is a bit slow, around 10-20mps which is fine for most and ok for remote work.

Very well situated hotel, very close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of the six escalators that deposit you into Zocodover Square in the historic heart of Toledo.|Our room was spacious and immaculate with a huge balcony and a view up to the Alcazaba.|As the weather was poor we took advantage of the restaurant which offered excellent value, very good food and, despite being particularly busy, superb service.|So why only ‘almost faultless’? The hotel fell down on two counts. It is not as well soundproofed as it might be and the car park is both exorbitant (€ 14 per night) and incredibly tight for those with anything other than a small vehicle.

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

Pure perfection! This hotel is a total dream—super aesthetic, clean, and beautifully designed. Plus, it’s located right in the heart of the best local attractions. 10/10 experience!

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's a 3 star, but if they had some kettle for coffee and tea this could very well be considered a 4 star hotel. The room is almost new and smells amazing. Be aware that even though there is AC/Heating, it's up to the hotel to decide if it's hot/cold enough to activate it. I found it quite hot and had to sleep with the window open. There's a huge smart TV which is a real plus. The breakfast was 12€ and it had everything you might need. Special mention to the lady serving the breakfast today the 17/10. She was adorable and with high energy! If I ever return to Toledo, no question I'll stay here again.

We reserved a standard room and requested king size bed. Got an "amazing" room, 419 with a view to the wall. (Try to avoid any X19 rooms). There was 2 beds moved together not a king size bed as we've expected. Would understand if we would arrive late and it's was the only room hotel had left, nevertheless, we arrived at 13.20 and at 23.30 I've checked the hotel availability and there were rooms available for the same stay as twin as double. So not understand the way the hotel assigned as the worst room we have ever seen. The shower was broken so the manual one was difficult to use. Breakfast pretty boring and poor quality. Definitely will not repeat or recommend the hotel to our relatives. Although the hotel's location is great
