We stayed in the senior suite for 4 nights and our experience was lovely. When we arrived at our room, there was a plate of macaroons and a note from the manager. That was a really nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. We had our private deck with incredible views. Sitting out there or opening the windows to listen to the waves crashing was the peaceful sound we were needing. Their breakfast buffet was pretty standard, but their breads were delicious. We also had lunch and dinner which were both really good.

Visited for the spa and had an enjoyable 3 hours there enjoying the gym (with extensive equipment and incredible views), as well as the jacuzzi’s outside and pool which connects the inside with the outside. The sauna in the changing rooms is a nice touch too. It was very quiet and relaxing when we went. Good value.

This is a great hotel and stands out for it's service more than anything else. Without the service and attentiveness from the staff, this could easily be a 4 star review for me but the staff is excellent. Even in the restaurant they accommodate special requests for food without hesitation. In terms of planning, this hotel is not exactly in the main downtown but a little bit outside, their location is actually beautiful against the water and mountain backdrop. However the hotel has a shuttle service that serves the need. We tried the SPA and was generally good. Breakfast was average but for the Argentina standards (as we saw in other hotels), this can be called comparable. I just wish people would start using a bit more imagination for breakfast, if you are staying more than a couple of days, the breakfast will get very repetitive. For people who are hiking, you can utilize the sneakers cleaning service from the hotel laundry section, but plan in advance as they need 48 hours.

Best hotel in USHUAYA ! I stay all rich 5 star hotel in this city . Loc caucuses is the best place ! View ! Location! Service ! Breakfast ! All perfect I love it

Excellent accommodation, located right in Beagle Channel, with spectacular views. We booked a premium room with channel view. Queen bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with bidet; strong warm/hot shower (plenty of pressure). We included. Day at the spa for 2 hours with a private helicopter tour (excellent). The staff are exceptional, fluent in multiple languages. Given there are families with children, expect some volume, as we visited over Christmas. Wonderful pool attached with exercise room. Wonderful seating areas overlooking channel. Only distraction was lack of sound insulation from children in adjoining rooms and running up and down the hallways. Handle as you seem fit (I cook & eat them; they taste just like chicken). Enjoy!

We had an unforgettable experience! We had a problem with our booking, through my own fault, and the entire reception team was extremely attentive and understanding; they gave us their full support and made our stay unforgettable! From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the very end, the whole team was incredible to us. We visited the spa; Nancy gave us a detailed tour and recommended treatments, and was very kind and patient. We are absolutely delighted with our stay at the hotel and are already planning to return in June/July. Thank you!

Overall, massages, territory, views and vibes are better here than in Arakur. Los cauquenes doesn’t have a cold pool for swimming, only a heated one for relaxation, and its not really a downside, just a thing for consider. The hotel was perfect for my mental heath focused gateaway, peaceful, quiet. The standard room felt spacious and elevated. Great territory, the beach access was nice, views of the channel are unmatched, Susana coast and Mount Susana trails are a 30min walk away. The staff is amazing, my special thanks to the masseuse, who is very skilled in facial massages, it’s a rare find. I appreciated the small shop with essentials like pads, cigarettes etc on the premises.

Great hotel! You should definitely come to Ushuaia, it’s beautiful with many wonderful excursions to do and amazing places to discover. And you should definitely stay at Los Cauquenes! Everything went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional and communication was easy using WhatsApp, either in Spanish or in English. The moment you arrive, you feel welcomed. The property is beautiful, very warm and cozy. The decoration is amazing and the gardens surrounding the hotel are very well preserved with lots of colourful flowers. My room was very comfortable and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view, the bathroom with a bathtub (very nice after trekking) and the nice bed. You also have a minibar if you want to keep something cool and if you need to wash some clothes, they will quickly dry on the heating system by the window. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices and easy to eat healthy, with many fresh and delicious options. The dinner was also great! I ate there every night and everything was also delicious and very well presented. And you have an amazing view and a great staff serving you. I also enjoyed the gym facilities (much better than what I had in other hotels in Chile, where I started my Patagonia trip) and the pool. The outdoor heated jacuzzis were also extremely enjoyable, esp I after long trekking days and a workout at their gym. Definitely bring swimming trunks or a bathing suite! The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city centre and they offered me a transfer from the port (I was on a cruise before), which was very nice. They can also easily arrange a transfer to the airport (it cost me 16000 pesos) and excursions. Overall, one of the best hotels during my Chile and Argentina trip, and I would definitely come back. Highly, highly recommended 👌👌👌
