One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! ❤️ This hotel truly deserves its five stars. It was incredibly quiet — honestly, this was the quietest room I have ever stayed in. It was so peaceful and relaxing. And the view from the room was simply magical — absolutely breathtaking and something I will remember for a long time. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff were also amazing — extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. You really feel that the guests are genuinely cared for here. The pool was fantastic and the perfect place to relax. The location is also excellent. Getting to the Old Town is very easy: you can take a little boat that takes only about 4 minutes and costs just €2, or simply walk across the bridge, which takes around 15 minutes. I would absolutely love to come back here. If you are looking for a hotel with true five-star quality, exceptional service, peace and quiet, a magical view, and a great location — I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice hotel. Bright and clean. Very good location if you are not looking for something inside of the Old Town. Nonetheless, there is a ferry that can take you across to Old Town for EUR 1. Surrounding has got plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Super elegant & fancy hotel outside the old town. boat service makes it easier to save on a few steps. Also there’s a public beach just 2 min from the hotel. Rooms are spacious, however need a bit more attention for cleanliness - our shower was completely blocked from limestone. Breakfast was a complete disaster & the most disappointing part of our stay. It needs urgent re-organization: the set up & buffet is just chaos. Not enough staff & the few people on duty have no clear tasks. We were not able to visit the pool, as all sunbeds were occupied with reserved towels but no people nervy close: this needs to be also changed. Bar & Reception team on the other hand: absolute rockstars & with amazing service. (Carl was great) We were granted 4pm late c/o, but it seems Housekeeping did not get this info: they came three times to check if we have already left. Minor things, which can be improved :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Zadar. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful sea views, which made the experience even more special. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great buffet selection and the added bonus of being able to order freshly prepared dishes such as eggs Benedict and avocado toast. Everything was delicious and of high quality.The spa area is very well maintained and provides plenty of options for relaxation, making it easy to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! Location was superb, cleanliness outstanding and staff super efficient, friendly and helpful. Well worth its five star rating. One small feedback to the hotel: a decent coffee in the room would be appreciated instead of the instant coffee currently provided. That was the biggest let down.

Wonderful! Spectacular! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the entire staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed dinner our first night and Kira & Karlos took great care of us. Denis brought our espresso martini and chocolate dessert (chef Ivan), wow! Special mention to Stella and her wonderful cocktails. The entire staff made us feel like we were family! Front desk staff Daria & Resul were on point as well!

This is unequivocally the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. It truly feels like a modern, 2026 version of the Principe di Savoia. The entire staff is absolutely amazing, but a special shoutout to Karlo at reception, and Dorian and Jakov at the restaurant, who were exceptional. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests on a complimentary basis. The views are breathtaking, and the room and overall facilities are top-tier. To top it all off, the dining experiences across the cafe, bar, and restaurant were simply phenomenal.

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Zadar. The property is modern and well maintained. Our room on Floor 3A was well appointed and spacious in size for an entry level room with a partial sea view. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was spacious. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with lots of healthy options in addition to the traditional breakfast offerings. I worked out in the gym and the equipment is current and more than adequate for most guests needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue that may be a concern for some is that the location is such that you have to walk about 20 minutes to get to the old town or take a boat at 2 euro per direction. We made many boat trips during our stay here. Regardless, we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.
