Introduction

Overview

Search hotels, compare live rates and create booking payment links from any MCP client. The remote and the local server expose the same five tools, and each tool matches a CLI command.

Endpoint

https://fortrip.ai/api/mcp

Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in to a Fortrip account; no API key. Clients that only launch local commands can run the open-source stdio server instead. Setup for each client is in Installation.

Results and errors

Success: structuredContent is the response object, and content holds the same object as JSON text.
Failure: isError: true and content holds { status, error, reason, ... } as JSON text, with the same status codes and reasons as the CLI. Rate-limited calls add retryAfterSeconds.
Input that does not match the schema is rejected before the call, with the MCP SDK's validation message.
