Its a wonderful place located in a very quiet area, not far from el arco. It was a wonderful hospitality, the staff makes you feel like at home, their service is Great! Casa Faustina Boutique Hotel in Antigua Guatemala was an amazing place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly captures the character of Antigua with its elegant décor and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. We had a great stay at Casa Faustina in Antigua. The room was really comfortable and the location felt quiet and safe, which made it easy to sleep at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the mini-split A/C worked really well. One of our favorite parts was relaxing upstairs on the rooftop chairs after a long day, soaking up the sun. It was such a nice, peaceful spot. A couple downsides: we didn’t have hot water for the shower last night and again the final morning, which was disappointing. Also, it’s a bit farther from the main town area. It’s only about a 7–10 minute walk, but the roads aren’t really a “pleasant stroll,” and it’s not central if you want to be right in the middle of everything. Overall, we’d still recommend it if you want quiet, comfort, and a safe feel.

I stayed at Casa Faustina for a long weekend to attend a wedding in Antigua and had an amazing experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially as a woman traveling solo from the U.S. I felt safe and comfortable and the staff were all super kind, helpful, and friendly. My room and bathroom (all completely private) were clean and comfortable. Room has a smart TV with Netflix, a water filter, AC, and hot water. WiFi was reliable. There is optional breakfast and I totally recommend it. Wonderful to wake up and walk into the lush garden to drink delicious Guatemalan coffee and eat amazing food. They also have a spa, which is an added gem. I booked a massage with Milly and it was so relaxing. They gave me a mimosa to enjoy after and then I relaxed on the rooftop after and enjoyed the mountain views. The hotel is in walking distance from cafes, stores, and points of interest. Very affordable Uber rides if you need them. I will definitely be back to stay here again!

Loved staying here for a week. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The location was very nice away from the most busy areas but close enough to be able to walk to them.

An excellent hotel. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. Every area of the hotel is filled with vibrant colors and colonial design. The food is perfect, and the spa services are highly recommended. I think the hotel is the perfect distance from the central park for walking and exploring all the shops and businesses in Antigua. We booked Casa Faustina initially for 3 days and ended up staying for 6. From start to finish we were taking care of and accommodated in whatever way they could. When there standard rooms were sold out, they split one of the villas in half and allowed us to stay here at the same rate as the standard rooms. I requested swaps of breakfast item and this again was no problem. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I wish I could have stayed longer. The area is perfect, a 15 minute walk to the main square hitting nice cafes after about 10 minutes walking, just far away enough so that it is delightfully quiet at night. We are very grateful and if returning wouldn’t stay anywhere else
