Dear Darius, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay with us. We regret that your arrival did not feel as smooth as expected. While the duplicate reservation situation was resolved without any charge, these cases can occasionally require additional verification to ensure accuracy. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments regarding communication and will continue to reinforce a professional and attentive approach at all times. Regarding the room, as a centrally located property, some of our rooms are more compact by design, but we always aim to provide a comfortable and well-equipped stay. That said, your feedback is important and will be taken into consideration as we continue to enhance our offering. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the terrace and our central location, which indeed allows our guests to fully experience Braga on foot. We value all feedback as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining our standards of service, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
