This is an updated, VERY clean, modern up take on a hotel offering home away from home benefits. I felt SO comfortable here. The staff were courteous, respectful, kind, and I wish every hotel I visit had them there. SO KIND. SO PROFESSIONAL. It was their kindness that put me at ease. Any tourist visiting Abu Dhabi should DEFINITELY stay here for their visit. I was SO sad to leave, but I LOVED my stay! The amenities were much more than I expected. I loved this place!!

Totally horrible hotel, cockroaches roaming in bathrooms, rude reception staff. Breakfast also horrible as we were all pure veg family there were only onion rings potato Patties to eat and asked for simple tea but was given packed juice. Whole night there are 7 clubs not even clubs but cheap dance bars playing absolutely loud music and kids couldn't sleep. Seems hotel is really really old with carpets smelling all over and had to subdue the smell with over strong perfumes every where even in lifts. I will never go back nor recommend anyone

If you’re looking for a place to ruin your holiday, this hotel is a perfect choice. The room we were initially given had a strong moldy smell, dirty curtains, and rusted furniture and door handles. The worst thing was the balcony, it was covered in pigeon droppings, feathers, and even broken eggs. After complaining, we were moved to another room, only to discover that the air conditioner was blowing hot air instead of cooling the room. During our two-day stay, we spent more time watching the AC technician attempt repairs than actually relaxing. No parking facility, tiny lifts, no amenities like gym, pool. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor maintenance, inadequate service, and a complete lack of hospitality made it feel more like a nightmare than a vacation. Upon checking for another room we were told that many rooms have same issue with air conditioner. So we were made to stay in the same room till the technicians finished fixing the ac. I highly not recommend this place for family and anybody with breathing issues. My daughter was continuously coughing throughout the stay

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many countries — this was by far the worst experience. After check-in, they refused to give me a key card and told me to “just close the door.” Staff were rude and completely unhelpful. My room wasn’t even ready at 3 p.m. (check-in was at 2), and I had to wait about 15 minutes — I guess that’s when they “cleaned” it. The room looked old, dirty, and unkempt — black hair in the bathroom, dusty floors, only one towel. Plus, there are several nightclubs in the same building, which they never mention. Totally unsafe and dishonest place. Don’t book it, seriously.

Great value for money stay near the city. The room was clean, with strong water pressure and good amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to be near the center. The greenery around the property is awesome, and the staff is well-trained. Hospitality is at its peak—one of the best places for families and couples.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no parking available. I searched for parking for almost 2 hours, and finally I found a parking space far from the hotel. In the morning, I called room service and requested an iron box. They provided one, but it was not suitable for the power socket in the room. I called room service again regarding this issue, but they suddenly said they could not do anything. This is not good service, and I am very disappointed.

I had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Al Diar Mina Hotel in Abu Dhabi and would happily recommend it to other travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value for money. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. Check-in was handled smoothly, and the team immediately made us feel at home, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. Their warmth and willingness to assist truly stood out. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Abu Dhabi. Although the hotel is not new, it is clearly well looked after and offers great value for money without compromising on comfort. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated close to the Corniche, making it ideal for exploring the city. Public transport and taxis are easily accessible, allowing you to reach any part of Abu Dhabi with ease. Check-out was quick, easy, and hassle-free, with no issues at all—something that frequent travellers truly appreciate. A sincere thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. Your professionalism and friendliness made a real difference, and we would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Abu Dhabi.

The ac of our room isn’t working, maintenance didn’t fix it. The receptionist infront Filipina is unprofessional and rude it’s when talking to guests it’s really a shame. Overall I didn’t expect much from this hotel and I was right. If u just want a quick bed to sleep at and have no where else to go then go here lol
