Had the most amazing stay here! The location near Corniche Beach is perfect, plus the free bus ride to and from Yas Island is a huge bonus. The rooms are spotless, and the open rooftop swimming pool is a vibe. The food at The Foundry steakhouse was fantastic. Dinner was included in our package, which came with a fixed menu. After three nights, we were getting a bit bored of pasta, but the chef was incredibly kind and whipped up some delicious Indian food for us. We really appreciated that personal touch! Big thanks to Alice at the front desk for helping us out with everything we needed, and to the concierge staff too. Hope to see you all again soon! :)

Was a really good experience, great and spacious pool, took a few dives, very nice. spa and sauna for free, plus the gym is FIRE. rooms and beds very spacious, the AC was js built different you'll be surprised how fast it cooled the roomoverall great everything, every corner spot anything is clean, definitely will come again

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Corniche boardwalk, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and overall met our expectations. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke when we arrived. After I reported it, the staff promptly sent someone to freshen up the room, which I appreciated. Overall, the location and the staff's responsiveness made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very good, and the breakfast was amazing! We also enjoyed using the pool and the gym. Everything was in good condition, though it wasn’t the newest. The best part was the bed and pillows—they were very comfortable.

Excellent Three-Night Family Stay My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful three-day stay at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a great location that made it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Kal at the reception for her warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. From check-in to departure, she made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to commend Gunaraj, the luggage attendant, for his friendly attitude, professionalism, and prompt assistance with our bags. His helpfulness and positive demeanor added to the overall experience. What stood out most was the excellent customer service from the team, which made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly recommend Southern Sun Abu Dhabi to anyone visiting the city. We look forward to returning in the future.

Its good experience And very good We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Samanthika, the swimming expert at the pool area. She is highly professional, incredibly skilled, and extremely attentive to all the guests. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone—whether adults or kids—feels safe and comfortable in the water. The pool area is exceptionally well-managed under her watch. Thank you, Samanthika, for your outstanding hospitality and making our vacation so memorable!"

I would like to commend the reception team for their excellent service throughout our stay. JULIE was polite, welcoming, and professional during check-in, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and gave us a seaside view. which i really appreciate. I would also like to thank KAL for her outstanding service during check-out. Her warm and friendly attitude, along with the thoughtful gesture of giving complimentary adventure passports to my two children, made our experience even more memorable. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, giving the kids plenty of space to play and enjoy themselves. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is centrally located not too far from the corniche and cultural district. The rooms are spacious, but the best part is their pillows - best hotel pillows I’ve had at an hotel and I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels. The king bed also is a super size which I absolutely love being a bigger guy. Would highly recommend the buffet breakfast - was top notch, very much an international affair. The only improvement would be to consider using fresh milk in the coffee machine and not UHT/long life (but I understand why they do since it’s so hot here). The rooftop pool is a hit with a not too bad gym (which also has a sauna and steam room). And finally - all the staff members are friendly and welcoming … not a sad face amongst them. I liked the bubbly GM on reception as well.
