I had a very enjoyable stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel Abu Dhabi. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the quality exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff, who were always welcoming and ready to help. The location is also convenient, with easy access to many attractions, shops, and transportation. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

I had a pleasant stay at City Season Al Hamra Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and key areas in the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in smooth and the staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Location is perfect - close to everywhere In front of the hotel bus stop. For me this is perfect. And thank you for always upgrading room👍 To the crew Louie, lean, Hassan, Madelon, Shashi, Ahmad and others sorry i forget names. Thank you very much.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions around Abu Dhabi. The rooms are above average in quality but are quite small. However, the staff were not very welcoming or attentive, and the service did not meet my expectations. Overall, it's a decent choice if location is your priority, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service.

We honestly felt so spoiled during our stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Abu Dhabi! My friend and I were celebrating our post-birthday getaway, and the staff made us feel like VIP guests from start to finish. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care were beyond anything we expected. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, and we were absolutely over the moon! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Every interaction with the team was filled with smiles and exceptional service. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, valued, and pampered throughout our stay. We had an amazing stay at City Seasons Hotel and originally booked for 3 days and 2 nights, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to extend for one more night. That alone says a lot about how comfortable and satisfied we were during our stay. The hotel is very budget-friendly while still providing excellent service and comfort. One of the best things about this hotel is its strategic location it made exploring Abu Dhabi very easy and convenient. We were able to visit different attractions around the city without any hassle, which helped us maximize our trip and enjoy every moment. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing.
