⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my visit exceptional was the staff. Hipolito, Roz, & Mega. They were incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. They greeted every customer with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to my family and friends.

From the instant you arrive, you're welcomed with genuine smiles and warm hospitality that make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The menu is thoughtfully curated with handcrafted teas, premium coffee, refreshing mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages, complemented by freshly baked tea cakes and a delightful complimentary assortment. Every recommendation from the staff felt sincere and tailored, making the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the atmosphere. It's equally perfect for a quiet solo break, meaningful conversations with friends, or quality time with family. The lounge is elegant yet comfortable, encouraging you to stay a little longer. Even the spotless, beautifully maintained restrooms reflect the exceptional attention to detail. We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Mandarin Oriental. Although our arrival wasn’t perfect, as our room wasn’t ready and our luggage hadn’t been delivered, the way the team handled the situation made all the difference. A special thank you to Olga Kutsenok from Guest Relations for her genuine care and professionalism. The resort is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere and stunning surroundings. We loved exploring the property, cycling at sunset, enjoying a camel ride, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries and desserts. We would also like to thank Hamza at the Front Office for the warm welcome, Dominic and Man at the beach for their attentive service, Ayesh and the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless, and Hasseb at Vendôme for the excellent service during breakfast. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Thank you to the entire Mandarin Oriental team for making our anniversary weekend so memorable.

a very nice hotel. luxury like any of the thousands of 5 star hotel. service not 5 star. bullshit service. made me hate the hotel. i will never be coming back. not ever. This one experience made me hate my stay. If you order food they expect you to sit in a buggy drive down to gate 4 which is 5 minutes away in the heat. so much for staying at a 5 star hotel. i have stayed at many many 5 star hotels. they need a better manager in there operations. i was told a bell boy will collect it and then i get told no one is going to go collect it and i have to go? hated my stay. would never come back to this hotel

I do not recommend this hotel for several reasons, including the lack of customer care, the slow response to guest requests, and the poor level of service overall. I have stayed at several resorts on Saadiyat Island, and the service there was outstanding. The resorts were comfortable, and I returned to them several times. This time, I decided to try this hotel because of its global reputation, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I stayed here for three days in May. The hotel placed a $50 security deposit on my card in case I used any additional hotel services. I did not use any of those services, so the deposit should have been refunded when I checked out. Instead, I was offered a complimentary lunch so that the hotel could use the reserved amount. I had already eaten breakfast and was not hungry, so I declined the offer and explained that I only wanted my $50 refund. The receptionist then told me not to worry about missing my flight and assured me that I could leave for the airport because the refund would be processed that same day. Unfortunately, I have still not received my $50 refund. To make matters worse, when my son contacted the supervisor, Mr. Nicole, to follow up on the issue, he was blocked. He was the supervisor who personally promised that my refund would be processed. I respectfully ask the hotel management to investigate this matter and refund the $50 that was charged but never used.

Very mixed emotions ... we arrived before 2 pm, our 2 rooms were not ready until after 4 pm. One room had very heavy smell of smoke, even though I booked non-smoking room and inside the room there was a clear note posted "non-smoking room." After complaining to the hotel, they offered to clean our room and put a dehumidifier in the room. It did not help a bit. After repeated complains, and informing hotel that I hurt my throat from the heavy smoke smell, we were moved to another room on the third (!) night. Im extremely surprised that hotel of this caliber allowed this to happen. As a compliment, the staff is extremely polite and well groomed, needless to say. The premises are meticulously maintained. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby coffee shop is ok, food is fine, service was slow. We dined at the Broadway restaurant, I had pizza, I didnt like it, there was very little cheese, my wife had a stake, it had 80% fat. We did complain about tge food, waitress apologized, there was no offer to replace or discount the food. Check-in was slow. Check out was fast - we left early AM, there were no other guests in the lobby. We would definitely go back if we can have an assurance that we can have a timrky check in and the room will be smoke free
