Our stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, spacious, beautifully organized, and comfortable. The bathroom was fresh, spotless, and maintained to a high standard every day. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their excellent service and attention to detail. They made sure our room was always fresh, clean, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Roshan and Amrita for their warm hosting, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming attitude and thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and truly enjoyed our time at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to especially commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. The room was spotless upon arrival and was maintained to the highest standards throughout my stay. Every detail, from the fresh linens and neatly arranged amenities to the sparkling bathroom, reflected exceptional attention to cleanliness and hygiene.The housekeeping staff are professional, courteous, and efficient, ensuring the room was refreshed daily without any inconvenience.

I had a wonderful long staying experience at Ibis Novotel Hotel. breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The service was equally exceptional, making the entire visit very enjoyable. A special thank you to Miss Khaing, whose warm smile, cheerful personality, and welcoming attitude made us feel truly appreciated from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism are a great asset to the restaurant. Thank you for a memorable experience!

I had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a quiet area with convenient access to nearby attractions. The breakfast facility was very good, offering a satisfying variety of options. However, there were some maintenance and housekeeping issues. On the last day of my stay, my room was not cleaned. Additionally, the toilet flush had a continuous water leakage, and water leaked from the shower area, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Was a very pleasant stay here in the hotel. Rooms were clean big with a fridge and locker. There is a little supermarket downstairs. People are very friendly. During every evening meal Khaing greeted me with a smile and showed me the way to the tabel. Buffet was good. So I recommend this hotel. 😌

The hotel consistently delivers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Moni and Walid, who truly made a difference during my visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. They were always approachable, attentive, and willing to assist with a genuine smile, making me feel valued as a returning guest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. It's rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard of service consistently, and that is exactly why I chose to return. Thank you to the entire Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate team, especially Moni and Walid, for another memorable stay. I stayed at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant team was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Arjun Singh, Mr. Ahmed Mustafa, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The only area for improvement is the front desk, where a warmer welcome and better communication would enhance the guest experience. Despite this, I would happily stay here again.
