Google· 3 weeks agoHad a good stay at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. Good option for a short stay and the location is convenient. One thing to mention honestly: I would not recommend the New Style Double Room if you prefer more space. It felt quite small, especially for two people with luggage. I would suggest choosing a bigger room if available. Overall, a good and comfortable stay. 👍

Google· 4 months agoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. A special thanks to the receptionists, Royce and Herzel, who were extremely kind, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very delicious, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. The only small remark I would mention is that the pools were a bit crowded and felt slightly small at times. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others!

Google· 8 months agoExcellent stay overall, very happy with the breakfast, room was quiet and the lovely young man who cleaned the room (Phone) was very kind and attentive. Much appreciated the extra water bottles in front of the door on days where no cleaning was required. Only downsides were that the gym is very small, several machines weren't working and it was not air-conditioned. Plus the pool is always in the shade. But all in all a very good stay!

Everything was exceptional — from the delicious food and excellent service to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming, and professional. Every little detail made us feel comfortable and well looked after. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. It is clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their guests. Thank you to everyone at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every single day, my room is super clean, fresh, and perfectly arranged. You can really see how much effort and care you put into your work to make guests feel comfortable. I want to give a very special thank you to *Mr. Ibrahim and Bharat they are truly amazing at what they do. They are always kind, respectful, smiling, and ready to help at any time. Their professionalism and hard work are outstanding. Because of their great work and friendly nature, I feel very happy and at home in this hotel. They show what true hospitality really means. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests.The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind, and the hotel's location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions.Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free staycation, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Abu Dhabi.
