I recently visited Rosewood Abu Dhabi and had an excellent experience. The hotel combines luxury, elegance, and exceptional service in a prime location on Al Maryah Island. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Front Office team for their professionalism, efficiency, and warm hospitality throughout my visit. A special thank you to Oya from the Sales team for her support, kindness, and attention to detail. I would also like to recognize Amarachi and Lobna from the Front Office team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Their dedication and genuine care made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers a luxury experience with excellent service and a refined atmosphere. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again in the future.

A beautiful and luxurious hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The café in the lobby makes delicious coffee that I drink daily. The rooms are spacious and tidy. I would like to thank all the room service staff, as they are helpful, quick, and eager to assist and serve in any way possible to ensure guests feel comfortable. I would also like to thank Nicole from reception, who made check-in quick and easy. This will definitely not be my last stay, and I come again and more ..

I stayed at this hotel with my mom for a vacation, and we truly had such a wonderful experience One of the things I usually struggle with when staying at hotels is the air conditioning, especially during the summer. But thankfully, the AC here was excellent and the room was beautifully cool and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the view was absolutely stunning, and the whole place felt luxurious. The location was also very convenient, being close to a mall, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I especially loved the little details, like having books about the history of the UAE in the room. I was genuinely so happy to find them and enjoyed reading through them. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

I would like to thank the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and kind treatment throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is great and close to everything, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Duty Manager Elnura for her professionalism, kindness, and the respectful way she treated us. I would also like to thank Aziz from the breakfast restaurant. He is a genuinely kind and helpful person who went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. His warm attitude and excellent service made a real difference. If we come back to this hotel in the future, it will definitely be because of the wonderful and friendly staff. Thank you all! 🙏🏻

We stayed at Rosewood Abu Dhabi for a family trip and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was our first stay at the property, and it was the combination of beautifully designed spaces, incredibly spacious rooms, and genuinely thoughtful service that stood out. We had booked two rooms, a Deluxe and an Executive, and were given connecting rooms, which made a huge difference when travelling as a family. The rooms were massive, beautifully designed and very well thought out, with everything feeling both luxurious and functional. Our city-view rooms overlooked Cleveland Clinic and the Abu Dhabi skyline, and the beds, bathrooms, and temperature control were all excellent. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, thanks in large part to MOUSTAFA, the Assistant Manager. We were welcomed and escorted to our rooms by YASIN, who gave us a lovely tour of the property and showed us around the rooms. The birthday touches were particularly special. There was already a birthday cake, juice, and welcome snacks waiting in the room when we arrived. Then, on my actual birthday, 8 September, I came back to find my room and bed beautifully decorated with balloons. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the stay feel genuinely personal. KHADIJAH, the Lobby Ambassador, was another highlight. She greeted us warmly every day, asked about our plans, made suggestions, and kept us company while we waited for our cars. She recommended a particular shopping destination that we ended up visiting, and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. These little interactions made the hotel feel much more welcoming. Breakfast at Aqua was another strong point. LAILA and her team ensured everything ran smoothly, and the buffet spread was genuinely impressive. We only wish we had enough time to experience more of the hotel’s dining options. Dai Pai Dong and Majlis by Pierre Hermé were both on our list, but our schedule unfortunately didn’t allow us to try them. The housekeeping was equally impressive. OMAR was incredibly efficient and attentive. In fact, he even took the initiative to organise my rather messy makeup table, which was such a small but wonderfully thoughtful touch. The concierge and arrival team were consistently helpful, with a special mention for JIMMY, an intern who would escort us to our cars and make a point of opening the door for my 70-year-old mother. The doorman greeted us warmly every day and somehow managed to bring in all our shopping bags, even when there were multiple bags, without making us wait. The location on Al Maryah Island is another major advantage. It is central, easy to get to, and we had no trouble finding taxis to and from the hotel. Being connected to The Galleria also makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. What I appreciated most about Rosewood Abu Dhabi was the consistency. It wasn’t just one exceptional interaction or one particularly attentive member of staff. From the Assistant Manager and lobby team to housekeeping, breakfast, concierge, and the doormen, everyone seemed genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. We travelled as a family, and Rosewood made the experience feel effortless. The beautiful rooms were certainly a highlight, but it was the thoughtful attention to detail and the people behind it that made the stay memorable. I’m already planning my next birthday here!

We stayed at Rosewood as a family with three children. We booked a connecting room with two queens and a king bed. The hotel kindly added an extra bed in the twin room. Check in was smooth with Mohammed informing us of all the features of the hotel and options. We arrived early so the hotel kindly kindly helped hold our luggage whilst we visited the mall connected to the hotel via an elevator and a short 2minute walk. Once we had checked in to the room there was a slight delay in opening the connecting room but the hotel apologised for this and rectified the issue quickly. Every morning we had breakfast in the level 3 Aqua restaurant. This was in my and my wife’s opinion one of the best ways we have had a buffet breakfast. The quality of the options was amazing. Omar who served us helped us with the ordering and even helped us with options not on the menu like serving avocado with the egg white omelette. The breakfast was amazing and very healthy options too. The quality is so much better than conventional buffet breakfasts and overall experience was great. The French toast is highly recommended. Rooms are very modern and spacious. Cleanliness is very high and room cleaning service very efficient and evening service and offered too. Room amenities include tea and coffee (nespresso machine). The shower is very good with a rainforest type shower but with plenty of power. Gym is good but machine range could be better but there is a gym located in the local mall if you prefer more of a fully equipped gym experience. The sauna and jacuzzi and steam room with cold plunge as well are also free to use in the local spa next door to the gym. This is well equipped and cleaned well. I really enjoyed using the facilities here. As mentioned earlier the hotel is connected to a mall where there are plenty of options for lunch and dinner as well as plenty of branded shops. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every day there. It really was an exceptionally well maintained hotel and excellent service from everyone. Alejandra also met us on checkout and we would like to commend her hospitality too along with every staff member we met. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting AbuDhabi and we will visit again.

I had a wonderful experience during my short stay at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The hotel was exceptionally clean and my room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The Sense Spa was definitely a highlight, I enjoyed the massage, the facilities, jacuzzi, and steam room all were amazing and perfect for relaxing. The hotel has a direct connection to The Galleria Mall,m which makes shopping and enjoying the many restaurants, cafés, and shops extremely convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay and an experience I would happily repeat! 😃
