We had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has excellent facilities and a good selection of restaurants, so there are plenty of options without having to leave the hotel. The pool area is really nice and a great place to relax. They also have a well-equipped gym. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great facilities.

Great location for a 2 day solo trip. Great sea view and very convenient for all the local attractions. It was very convenient for access to the excellent Corniche for walking. Always well priced taxis outside. I was on half board, breakfast though plentiful was not to my taste. However the buffet dinner was outstanding and very highly recommended. There appeared to be no reduction for a solo traveller as I had to pay for meals for 2 ! All in all a great stay and will certainly visit again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Sunday, 28 June 2026, I had a wonderful evening enjoying the open buffet with my colleagues from work. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. The elegant décor, beautiful lighting, and the piano displayed in the hall created a relaxing and sophisticated ambiance. A special thank you to Ms. Hajar for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. She made every guest feel genuinely welcome and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. The entire team provided attentive and professional service, regularly checking on guests to ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their dining experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly had a memorable evening with my colleagues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will definitely be returning with my family in the near future. Keep up the excellent work! Thumbs up! 👍

We were upgraded because of our membership status. The safe was broken and it was replaced. The toilet seat was loose and the plug in the bathtub was broken. They were fixed during our stay. The plug in the bathroom sink was broken but it was not fixed. We empathize with hotels and their staff doing it tough during this period of war, but the property needs to be maintained. The skyline bar was closed. The executive lounge was not open, but alternative venues were provided for the breakfast, all day snacks and then the evening happy hour and canapes. We sat at the same table for the evening happy hour for 3 nights in a row and the table had not been wiped cleaned. On the fourth night it was cleaned. The piped music throughout the public spaces was far too loud (even the pool deck). We were so happy to retreat to our room to avoid the noise pollution. It could be a nice property, but we wouldn’t return, it is too noisy for our liking.

I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and truly reflected the high standards of the Sofitel brand. I would especially like to highlight Nessrine, the manager at the reception , who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a real difference. She handled everything with such care and genuine hospitality that I felt truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. But what really made my stay stand out was the outstanding customer service, especially from Nessrine. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Corniche for a week. Upon a 3am arrival following a long flight from Australia, Carlos greeted us with a professional, warm and friendly manner. He saw to our needs quickly, enabling us to settle in to our comfortable room as soon as possible. Throughout our stay, Carlos was generous with his time, by going above and beyond his role to help, including personally guiding me to services located in different areas of the hotel, for ease. During the stay, my grandson became unwell and Carlos demonstrated genuine care that helped us navigate the issue, which created a lasting impression. We will definitively return if we travel to Abu Dhabi again and highly recommend a stay at the Sofitel, Abu Dhabi

Had a great dining experience at Silk & Spice! The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Lovely, Annie, and Arnold for their friendly and attentive service. They made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended, and we’ll be happy to come back again!

Extremely Disappointing – Not a 5-Star Experience! Our two-night stay at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche was extremely disappointing. The service was nowhere near five-star standards! Everything was delayed. We had to call room service almost TEN TIMES before anyone answered. Housekeeping completely ignored our requests for drinking water and a replacement pillow. The pillows and mattress were also extremely uncomfortable. The in-room dining was another huge disappointment. The prices were extremely high, which is understandable for a five-star hotel, but the food quality was terrible! Our order arrived incomplete, and the food was practically inedible, especially the meat and appetizers, which tasted as though they had been frozen and defrosted. We couldn't even eat the food we paid so much for! The worst part was the complete disregard for our baby's safety. We requested a baby cot before arrival, but none was provided. After calling, they delivered a BROKEN cot. We requested a replacement, only to discover that the SECOND cot was also broken! Completely unacceptable and unsafe for our one-year-old child! When we complained to the night supervisor, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She simply stared at us and offered no solution, telling us to speak to the manager in the morning. We paid for a five-star experience but received two-star service. Terrible food, endless delays, ignored requests, unsafe baby equipment and unprofessional staff. Extremely disappointing. I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially to families with young children.
