We've stayed 2 nights in the Quality Hotel Alesund and it was fantastic! For starters, the hotel is very beautiful with its Nordic clean and stylish aesthetic, but the all around kind and attentive service is something to be praised as well. The breakfast buffet was of very good quality, with extremely fresh ingridients, though the pastry options were few but still tasty. The bedroom was comfortable, even thought it was more on the smaller size and did look a bit older than the common areas, which were modern and elegant. The location was super convenient with fantastic views over the sea and all the hotel details were definitely thought to ensure a pleasant, cozy and comfortable stay: we loved the games available in the hotel lobby, as well as the complimentary coffee/tea and the brilliant live jazz concert that we were able to attend on the day we left that was taking place at the hotel lobby too. Thank you for such a nice stay, it was short but we loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it to everybody. Tusen takk! :)

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had mixed feelings about my experience. The room was quite small and did not meet my expectations. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the iron provided was practically unusable. What disappointed me the most was the housekeeping service: during my entire 4-night stay, the room was not serviced, and neither the towels nor the bed linen were changed. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The entertainment facilities were outstanding, and the atmosphere was great. The view from the terrace was absolutely exceptional and worth mentioning. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, while the room and housekeeping service need significant improvement, the restaurant, entertainment area, terrace view, and breakfast made the stay more enjoyable.

Our sea view room was cozy and we couldn't have asked for a better view. We loved the staff and atmosphere. Top notch breakfast and easy to access tea and coffee all day.

Very good and clean rooms. Central location. Great view from the room. Amazing service! I got very sick during my solo trip and needed to visit an emergency room. The workers called doctors, explained me what to do, organised taxi to the hospital, prolonged my stay so I could check out later. I felt very supported during that difficult moment 🥹 Thank you! 🙏🏻

Great location, view and room size. Within walking distance to most areas downtown. Breakfast buffet was very good and lots of healthy options.

Great, beautiful, clean hotel with helpful staff, incredible views, right on the seafront, nice rooms with nice bathrooms, a good shower and super comfortable beds. 24 hour snack kiosk, decent breakfast buffet and a good gym room. I highly recommend this hotel. Get a room with a sea view if possible😍.

Very clean, great decorations and atmosphere, with a nice view of the fjord. The lobby was really nice, with a fun social area. The breakfast was fresh, with tons of options, great ingredients—really delicious! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Especially Ellinor, who helped us book a taxi and who also made a little breakfast bag for us because we were leaving too early to catch the hotel’s breakfast.

We stayed here for 1 night, not a big fan of this hotel, probably least favorite during our trip. The bathroom is designed awkwardly leaving the bathroom floor all wet after a shower. The beds only came with 1 pillow each. The pullout couch was very small. My son did like the games downstairs. And the hotel didnt have umbrellas for rent which would have been handy. The breakfast was good. Overall, I think I would go elsewhere next time.
