I came from Korea and stayed at this hotel during my trip to Annecy, and I had a truly excellent experience. It was a wonderful hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Jose welcomed us so warmly and kindly. He was always friendly, helpful, and considerate whenever we saw him. Even though we had traveled from so far away, his warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect. The hotel is right next to Annecy train station, so after arriving by train from Lyon, we could leave our luggage quickly and start exploring the city right away. The lake, restaurants, and other famous places in Annecy are also very close, making it an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I really loved the beautiful views from the room, watching around the hotel and the train station. The atmosphere was so lovely that it made me want to stay longer. Mr. Jose treated every guest with such genuine kindness, and even seeing how warmly he treated a guest’s dog showed how thoughtful and caring he is toward everyone. If I come back to Annecy, I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel about ten minutes walk to the old town. Annecy is beautiful. Our room on the third floor was really nice, spotlessly clean with very nice decor. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast choice was good. The staff here are very nice. Breakfast room staff were really on the ball. We were part of a coach group. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very happy with this hotel. Close to train station and all the sights of Annecy. Quiet rooms, and good air con which wasn't noisy. Staff were friendly, and we were able to leave luggage there and get some cool water before heading off. Didn't take the breakfast option as plenty of cafés nearby

Nice friendly hotel in a central location, close to train and bus station, and a few minutes walk to old town and canals. We requested a room on high floor and was given one on the top (7th) floor. Room size was fine, with a small balcony, giving us lovely views of mountains and old town rooftops.

The perfect location at a very competitive price with staff that goes above and beyond the norm. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff provided a list of About 15 restaurants categorized as Fait maison because they personally tried them. We tried three of them and they were top-. If going Annecy again I would stay here. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Farmers market on certain days and about 10 to 15 minutes to the historic town and lake.

A truly refined and comfortable stay. The hotel exudes elegance in every detail, and the atmosphere is both calm and welcoming. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional professionalism and gracious hospitality of the staff. An establishment that reflects class, comfort, and genuine care.
