I had a lovely five-day stay at this hotel with my son. Everything was wonderful, from the delicious breakfast to the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were always welcoming, polite and happy to help. I would especially like to thank Esir for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His efforts made our experience even more special. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very disappointing experienceThe condition of the room was very poor. The floor near the window was badly damaged, with visible peeling and water damage, which made the room look unhygienic and poorly maintained.Service was also extremely disappointing. Only one staff member was polite and helpful. Apart from that, no one else responded properly to requests. The receptionist in particular had very bad behavior she could not communicate in English properly and was unable or unwilling to answer basic questions clearly. Overall, the service quality and maintenance standards were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

# Outstanding Family Hotel Experience - Highly Recommended! **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)** I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and I'm genuinely impressed by the overall experience. This place truly deserves more recognition for what it offers. ## Accommodation & Comfort|The air-conditioned rooms were perfect for our family stay, providing a comfortable retreat after busy days of exploring. The rooms were well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. ## Breakfast Experience|The breakfast selection was absolutely excellent - one of the best I've encountered. There was an impressive variety that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, with plenty of healthy options available. This was particularly appreciated as it meant everyone in the family could find something they enjoyed each morning. ## Location & Convenience|The hotel's location is ideal - not too far from Mark Antyla, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. What really impressed us was having shops and restaurants within walking distance, which gave us flexibility for meals and any essentials we needed during our stay. ## Transportation|The taxi service arranged through the hotel was exceptionally quick and reliable. This made getting around so much easier, especially when traveling with family and luggage. ## Spa & Wellness|The spa and massage services were of excellent quality - a perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff were professional and skilled. ## Customer Service|The customer service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always ready to assist with requests and provided excellent local recommendations. ## Final Thoughts|This hotel offers such exceptional value and service that I actually suggested they hire a professional photographer to better market their property - it truly deserves to be showcased properly. The combination of family-friendly amenities, prime location, quality dining options, and superior service makes this a standout choice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a well-rounded, comfortable stay with excellent facilities and service. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am very grateful for the care and hospitality I received here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I came here for a medical procedure, so the days after my surgery were not always easy. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding during my recovery. Special thanks to Nurgül Hanım, the housekeeper on my floor. She took amazing care of me, always helping with anything I needed. She paid special attention to my situation — helping with frequent bed sheet changes and making sure everything was clean and comfortable. Her kindness, care, and professionalism truly made me feel supported during my recovery. I also really appreciated the staff’s help with food, since after the surgery I could not eat many things. Everyone was very patient and caring. Thank you again for the wonderful service and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in the heart of Antalya. The location is absolutely perfect — everything is within walking distance: beautiful streets, cozy cafes, shops, and the sea. It truly allows you to feel the atmosphere of the city. What made this stay even more special was the incredible staff. Every single person was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Asuman hanım and Ersin bey — they are truly amazing people! Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made our stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The rooms are well-maintained, and everything you need for a pleasant stay is there. It felt like a home away from home. I’m truly grateful for this experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Antalya!

Although I have visited many different places for massages, for a long time I have consistently chosen Elyps Hotel Spa. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the environment is clean, and all of the therapists are highly professional and skilled. The massage rooms are spotless, with clean towels and fresh linens. Relaxing music is played throughout the spa, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. I also really enjoyed both the steam sauna and the dry sauna. Another thing I appreciate is the reasonable pricing, which is very important to me. I would like to sincerely thank Elyps Hotel Spa, its staff, and the massage therapists for their attention to every detail and for always providing such a great experience.

The elips royale is good. Is has decent spa and good for price. But the staff don’t know how to speak English at all. The blankets are towels I couldn’t sleep at night because of that. But it’s fine. TIP FOR TRAVELERS : PLEASE GO TO EXCHANGE YOUR MONEY FOR TURKISH LIRA OUTSIDE THAT AIRPORT, IN AIRPORT YOU LOOSE VALUE AND ALL MOST PLACES ONLY TAKE TURKISH LIRA
