The hotel is pretty cool the breakfast is good you have a lot of choices. The cleaning lady is adorable and the job is done. The staff at the reception im not a fan of but they do their jobs. The room is not that small I think it’s enough for 2 people. you have free Wi-Fi also.

I have mixed feelings about my time in this hotel so it is only fair i address each point. Staff: With every single staff member, we have had positive experiences, from the reception desk to housekeeping and everyone in between. Thank you very much to all of you. I would especially like to mention Selen (Dinner time staff), who was extremely cheerful, warm & welcoming as well as the other gentleman who was usually on serving duty with her, he was very pleasant. Room: Our room was okay, nice and tidy, housekeeping were also very consistent. One thing notable is how daily, they would ensure the water bottles were topped up. Even to the point, today evening (final night, we were resting, later we open the room door to find two water bottles at the door. It may seem small but such gestures matter alot to me. Issues - 1. Usually, i rarely use the kettle at a hotel because im not much of a tea/coffee drinker, but because we had our baby with us, the kettle was imperative for us. From the start, it was letting off some sort of metallic smelling steam, it raised a red flag for me instantly, but ignored it thinking it's probably the water or whatever. Two days later, i read into it and found one cause of that would be rust which is not safe for baby formula making. I looked into the kettle and found some rust, my wife spoke to the reception desk and they arranged for a replacement kettle right away which was working as normal. I can appreciate the hotel may be some number of years old and therefore have such appliances around. I also understand, it's not the housekeeping's day to day responsibility to check such things but i do urge the hotel to have their maintenance team keep an eye on such things regularly. 2. Many hotels tend to put small bottles or sachets of shampoo in the bathrooms. This hotel keeps larger bottles latched onto the wall. We found our one nearly finished. Housekeeping did not top it up, im assuming they didn't notice it. I know if i told them, they would... but such things should not need to be brought up. It should already be dealt with as part of the service. 3. The bathroom sink drain was letting out a really foul smell, again, that is something the maintenance team should be checking every so often, and where needed, they should clean out the drainage. 4. Really loud music being played every day from a field nearby (rear side of hotel), I acknowledge this is out of the hotel grounds but i do request the management should speak to them to lower their volume or even turn it off. Location: As claimed by the hotel, it is indeed centrally situated. Having said that, for tourists, especially first time ones like myself, it may not be the most ideal place, we had to use a taxi 90% of the time we went out. For locals and tourists with cars, it is a very good location indeed. Miscellaneous: This hotel isn't a resort as such. Yes, there is a swimming pool & tennis court, but that's as far as it goes. It's not beside the beach or anything like that. Also, the hotel website shows a food court, essentially various cuisine containers. This may be a seasonal thing as the food court was there but nothing was ever open aside from the coffee place occasionally, I had looked forward to the pizza places etc which i couldn't experience unfortunately. By the way, the nearest shop is a rough 7 minute walk down the road which a petrol station beside a McDonald's. Food: Breakfast was fine, standard buffet. Dinner time was either a Buffet (loads of half board guests) or À la carte (fewer half board guests). Both experiences was very good so no complaint there. As i mentioned earlier, Selen's hospitality was marvelous, so full 5 stars 🌟 to her. Conclusion: I believe I've covered everything and have done so fairly. I hope all those coming here have a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to restaurant and beachfront was very nice. Pool is a great size but could of been more fun if they had music or some activities. Breakfast was good enough but could of had more options and better coffee. The staff are very polite but the hotel needs a good renovation upgrade. Especially the bathrooms. The tennis 🎾 sounds were a little annoying at night when we tried to sleep.

Unfortunately, our stay had several issues that should be improved. Communication was difficult, as not many staff members spoke English well. At a hotel, clear communication should be a priority. Our bedding was also changed from two separate duvets to one large duvet without asking us. the elevator needs to have a better quality The bathroom door did not close properly, and yellowish rust came out of the shower. The AC and refrigerators in my mother’s and sister’s room also did not work as well as in mine. Our balcony roof was damaged, with peeling paint hanging down. There is also a hole in the side of the balcony, allowing insects and other small animals to crawl in and out. The pool waterfall was rarely on, and the palm tree lights were often switched off in the evening, even though they made the view much nicer. not so much Breakfast type choices, but the quality was disappointing and the selection was the same every day. The bread was dry, the eggs were poor, and the fruit did not always look fresh. The pool music was the same all week AI music. Playing more well-known music and fixing the player so notifications do not stop the music would help. Several sun loungers were also broken, bent or unstable. The ice cream tasted more like frozen ice than ice cream, and room service quality was not always same quality.. On the positive side, the hotel has a good location, most employees were friendly and smiling, and it is close to the beach, city centre and shopping areas. A supermarket within walking distance would be a nice addition.

The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea; the only slight downside is the busy road nearby, and the pool could stay open longer—that’s really all there is to complain about. I would especially like to thank the entire Nashira team; when I fell ill, everyone was incredibly helpful—they called an ambulance and a taxi for my girlfriend and assisted with translation. We will never forget this. We highly recommend this hotel! 🫶

It was a great experience,I really love that we had a pool if you don t feel like going to the beach(20 min walk),everything in the room was clean they even get us 2 waters per day(free) and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, even if you don t know the language you can always laugh we them, especially with Selen she was my favorite such a kind and hard working person
