We first stayed at this hotel in October 2021 and absolutely loved it. Since then, we’ve been coming back again and again! One of our favourite things is the location. A beautiful path through the park leads down to the sea, there are plenty of lovely places nearby for walking, and Antalya’s Old Town is also within easy reach. The hotel itself may not be new, but it has a beautiful interior and very well-maintained grounds. We also love the complimentary bike rental. One of our favourite morning rituals is cycling along the seafront while the streets are still quiet and watching the city slowly wake up. Another thing we really appreciate is the atmosphere. There is no intrusive entertainment, and in the evenings you can enjoy live music. The food and drinks are delicious and plentiful, and the service has always been excellent. A special mention goes to the warm and attentive staff. Maria Lapteva at reception is wonderful and always ready to help with any question as well as Adjar from guest relations. We are also very happy to see familiar faces in the restaurants and bars every time we return: Düga, Behcet, Selim, Mehmet, Sulehman and Volkan. They make each stay feel even more special. Thank you for another wonderful holiday. It’s always a pleasure to come back to a place where you know you’ll have a great time!

My stay at this hotel in Turkey was absolutely excellent and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, while the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and carefully cleaned every day. I was especially impressed by the wide variety and quality of the food. Every meal offered an excellent selection of freshly prepared dishes, ranging from traditional Turkish specialties to international cuisine, ensuring that every guest could find something they enjoyed. The service in the restaurants was also outstanding. The swimming pools, private beach, and recreational facilities were superb and very well organized. Everything was designed with guests’ comfort and relaxation in mind. The entertainment team provided a wide range of activities and evening shows, which added even more enjoyment to our holiday. I was also delighted by the kindness and professionalism of all the employees. They were always smiling, helpful, and willing to assist with any request. Their hospitality left a truly lasting impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and worry-free holiday in Turkey. I would gladly return in the future, as the entire experience was simply outstanding. Rating: 10/10.

A truly beautiful hotel! I honestly didn’t want to leave. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of the room was absolutely outstanding. This is a wonderful resort where you can truly relax, unwind, and let your soul recharge. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I would love to come back!

My stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute.The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked.The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children.The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality.From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay.For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all.I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. Our second stay, this time for our honeymoon and we throughly enjoyed every day. Loved the private beach, hit the gym every morning and enjoyed the variety of food and beverage offerings. Excellent team that looked after our every need.

This was our first time at the Rixos Downtown Antalya. The hotel is exceptional. From the arrival the staff made us feel welcome. Ambience is beautiful. Food exceptionally good, tasty and healthy variety. Room service is good and customer service 👌🏽. We will definitely visit again and stay in the hotel 😀. I will like to mention the quality service from a staff called Rejoice who work in Lobby area. Cee & Pee.

We stayed September 18–24 as a family. Despite the hotel being full, we had a great stay! The main restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, including an Indian cuisine section. The staff were very kind and attentive. Beach access is straightforward: a quick 1–2 minute walk to an elevator outside the hotel, then a few more minutes to the beach. The kids' club was quiet since schools had opened, but our 10-year-old daughter still had fun. Complimentary access to Land of Legends was a huge plus—we went a couple of times. We’d definitely consider returning before the school year starts next time!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the level of service. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful sea-view room, which made our stay even more special. The staff were absolutely amazing and always friendly and attentive. A special mention to the waiters at the buffet — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel very well taken care of. The food was also very good, with plenty of options, and everything throughout the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day without us even having to ask, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely come back!
