This quaint little hotel is GORGEOUS! The rooms all open into a central garden courtyard full of beautiful plants and flowers. Every inch of the property is covered in traditional decorations, and the location is very convenient and safe. It is easy to walk to any area of the city, with tons of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores only a few minutes walk away. The staff was very courteous and welcoming, and I also appreciated that it is set off to the side of the city in a quieter area. The room was very clean, had a full kitchen, and the beds are quite comfortable. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again if I return to Antigua in the future.

This beautiful quaint Spanish style hotel was charming and inviting. The food was fresh, made to order, and delicious. I love the Guatemala coffee! The room my husband and I stayed in was small, but we were barely there so it wasn’t an issue for us. It was located on the outskirts of town which required us to walk 10-15 minutes, but we didn’t mind that either. We would definitely stay there again.

Small hotel in a very secure location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but not very large. No AC but warm to hot water. Friendly staff. Sounds travel in the hotel. You can often hear other people talking but no road noises. Good breakfast.

Very frustrated. I picked this hotel because of the all the reviews that say it’s very quiet. Not my experience at all, maybe I have a badly placed room? I have insomnia which is why something a little quieter was important to me. I can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next door early in the morning. Doors closing, teeth brushing, noses being blow, phone convos, etc. Absolutely ridiculous when you consider the price. It’s further from the center of town which isn’t a huge deal since Antigua is so small, but it’s more inconveniently located than other places I’ve stayed in Antigua. I was fine with that in exchange for a little more quiet but not the case. Shower didn’t stay super hot very long, though it may have been because the handles are confusing. Would definitely not stay here again which is a shame since it’s a pretty property.

Pretty hotel just outside main business area. Great service and breakfast. Walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors. Unfortunately our neighbors took loud phone calls at 3 and 4am. Not the hotel's fault.

My daughter and I stayed here recently as part of a group tour and this hotel was perfect for us. Adorable, boutique style with just 10 rooms. Breakfast was delicious, overlooking a beautiful little courtyard. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to the city centre as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful place where the workers are welcoming ,warm, and helpful. It was under $100 a night and a made to order delicious breakfast was included. This was served every morning around a beautiful courtyard. You could walk everywhere and order a very reasonable tuk tuk taxi if you didn’t feel like it . All 10 rooms are decorated differently and quaint!

The hotel is clean, cozy and the staff is extremely curteous and friendly. My only complaint is walls are paper thin, our neighbors played reggeaton music until late night as well as other private noises. I can literally understand all of the conversations from my room. The breakfast is really good but you can’t sleep in because all the tables are infront of the rooms so you can hear all the noise in the morning. If your plan is to rest and relax, this hotel isn’t for you.
