Gold Crest Hotel stands out for its spacious all-suite accommodation, a feature rarely found in many hotels within Arusha. Guests enjoy generous room sizes, modern furnishings, and panoramic views of the city and Mount Meru from the upper floors. The hotel's rooftop restaurant and lounge provide a memorable dining experience, especially during sunset. Its strong conference facilities make it a preferred choice for business travelers, while the attentive staff and diverse cuisine create a comfortable and enjoyable stay for leisure guests. A blend of space, convenience, and professional service makes Gold Crest one of Arusha's most dependable upscale hotels.

Gold Crest Hotel in Arusha was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—we truly felt treated like royalty. The rooms were massive, clean, and very comfortable, which made it a perfect place to relax before and after our safari. We stayed two nights total (one at the beginning and one at the end), and it was an excellent choice both times. The food was awesome. There was an à la carte menu included in our stay, which was fantastic value and a refreshing change from typical hotel buffets. Amazing service, great food, and excellent value. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through Arusha.

For our first night in Tanzania before beginning our Safari, my wife and I stayed at Gold Crest Hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff members were exceptionally welcoming and personable. And the food was delicious! While our stay was brief, it was a great first impression to a beautiful country. We recommend.

Didn't use the rooms but had great food and very hospitable staff. Printed a document at no charge at the reception. Only complain is the conference rooms which can be a bit tired.

Stayed 1 night at beginning of safari. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food was very nice, served buffet style in restaurant. Hotel felt safe and secure. Our room was up 2 flights of stairs although staff helped with cases. We weren't too keen on the room as the bed was on a mezzanine floor accessed by a fairly steep staircase but it was clean and tidy.

Very nice hotel near central Arusha. Very good security. The gate guard used a mirror on a stick to check under our vehicle all around before letting us in. The hotel is beautiful inside and the grounds are well maintained. We didn't swim in the pool but it was clean and inviting. The rooms are large. Our bathroom was very small and difficult to maneuver in. Everything worked well. The air conditioning was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The shower was fantastic! Hot water and good water pressure.

Hotel is in a very busy location but the 2 different rooms I had were quiet. Tight security at both gates. Easy walk to coffee shops in the town centre. Outside the hotel has been newly painted and presents very well. Inside the rooms are slightly dated but are very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Each night an attendant comes to close the curtains , turn down the bed and spray for mosquitoes. The rooms are large. Rooms have a safe and a kitchen plus a lounge area plus high ceilings. Buffet style breakfast plus a chef to make egg dishes. Most nights dinner was a buffet but one night there was menu selection. Food was decent. The pool area has comfortable table and chairs. Staff are friendly and try to always help .

Would definitely come back and stay here again. The staff made the our stay extra special with attention to detail. The rooms are big and spacious. It's location also makes it a great pick. Walking distance to the city centre and close to Arusha Moshi highway for quick drive to the airport. Breakfast made an excellent start to our day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended 👌
