We had a lovely 2 night stay in a large 2br suite. Hotel was clean and quiet. The included breakfast was in a lovely location and had plenty of options. We arrived late the first night and were greeted warmly with a welcome hibiscus drink while check in was finalized and then taken to our room. The area immediately surrounding the hotel has several tourist shops and stands and can get quite busy in the early evening when tours come via boat to visit the Nubian Village but the hotel always felt quiet and relaxing. The hotel could be considered rustic - but it's worth any inconvenience or lack of amenities to experience the charm. Beer for purchase at the restaurant (best if you use EGP). We purchased some and then enjoyed on our own waterfront balcony area one evening.

The location is away from the town and the last stretch of the road is a bit bad, but the place is worth it. Lovely location by the water with lots of open space, comfortable and pretty rooms and the friendliest staff. Our rooms came with breakfast but we were leaving early so they packed us breakfast boxes asper our suggestion, made is try koshary and were very attentive to all our needs. 100% recommend staying here.

Very friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely and clean rooms in traditional Nubian style with nice decoration. I had two meals here - both were delicious and copious. I would stay here again in the future.

We stayed here 2 nights before our Nile River cruise and enjoyed every minute of it! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Mohamed. He made himself readily available for all our needs. He was extremely helpful in arranging rides by car or felucca, or tours. We especially enjoyed his little lessons of Nubian prases! This property was very comfortable, the food was amazing and it is walking distance into the heart of the Nubian Village. Very nice stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful place right on the Nile. Very oriental and authentic, truly get the full experience of the culture. Food is good, rooms are clean, staff are very welcoming and friendly. The views are incredible especially when you have breakfast. Lots to do near the hotel such as shopping and riding camels/“tok toks.” Overall great all around, would definitely come again!

Beautifull village-like resort outside Assuan. We had a lovely time here, made a boatride from here over the nile. Friendly personel, nice egyption dinner and very quiet surroundings.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Nubia 🌴💙 The place is peaceful and very clean, the food is delicious and high-quality, and the service is outstanding. The Nubian atmosphere is magical, and the hospitality, especially from Nesma, made the experience unforgettable.
