My stay at Crowne Plaza Auckland was just perfect. Very stylish, spacious, and cozy room. Very friendly and helpful receptionist when I arrived. Gym open 24/7, which is always definitely a great green flag in my opinion when I choose accommodation. There was a great sauna too (also available 24/7) and as a Finn, I found the sauna to be up to my standards. The breakfast selection was also very diverse and well-suited to Northern European tastes.

Had a twonight stay at this hotel. The reception team was welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. One experience that particularly stood out was dining at One Twenty 8 Restaurant. The service was exceptional! A special shoutout to Tapos, who took such great care of me throughout the evening. His professionalism, attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly impressive. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and well looked after. His excellent hospitality and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. A real credit to the team. Thank you, Tapos!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Auckland as a family, booking two interconnecting rooms which worked perfectly for us. The hotel is very centrally located, with Queen Street, restaurants, cafés and plenty of other eateries all within easy walking distance. It made getting around central Auckland very straightforward without needing the car. Our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, and having the interconnecting rooms was particularly convenient travelling as a family. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was busy, but there was a good selection of food, everything was well stocked and the breakfast service was well managed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in a great central location. We would happily stay again and would recommend it, particularly for families wanting to be within walking distance of central Auckland.

The Crowne Plaza Auckland By IHG is located just around the corner of Sky Tower. From Sky Bus station to Crowne Plaza it's just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cheese, cold meats, beans, potatoes, fruits, smoked chicken, salad, and tea. The rose‑and‑vanilla tea was a lovely surprise, and the feijoa smoothie was something I had never tried before. Since the feijoa smoothie was such a standout, having the fruits on display would complement the smoothie beautifully. I also have to mention the lifts because they are genuinely impressive. Tap your key and instantly the panel tells you what options are available for your key and which lift is on its way. It’s fast, smooth, and honestly one of the best lift systems I’ve ever used in a hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with two king‑size beds that made it easy to relax after 3 days of travel and a 16:00 hours flight. The bathroom was also excellent with fig and feijoa shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap. Overall, Crowne Plaza Auckland By IHG delivers comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience. A great choice for anyone visiting Auckland.

Spacious room and bathroom, with very kind housekeeping staff and an accommodating front desk team. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and right next to the new train station. I also loved the added convenience and security of using the key card to access a pre-programmed elevator that takes you directly to your floor. Having a laundry room and water-refilling station on our floor was very convenient as well. The bar serves excellent cocktails, and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return, and recommend to friends and family. .

I had a very peaceful stay overall and it was exactly what I needed to achieve a relaxing getaway. One feature I really appreciated was the hotel's security. Your room key only allows access to your designated floor, which made me feel very safe. The only downside is that if you're meeting visitors, you'll need to meet them in the lobby and escort them upstairs. The room was comfortable - mattress was too firm for my liking. Lots of space to walk around and plenty of seating options. I was also in a room near the elevators, so there was some noise from passing guests, and I could occasionally hear my neighbours through the walls. If you're a light sleeper, requesting a room away from the elevators may be worthwhile. Breakfast was enjoyable. While the hot breakfast selection remained the same on both mornings, the made-to-order omelette station and table service were definite highlights. The barista-made coffee was good, although it was a little slow, and unfortunately they were out of vanilla syrup on both days. These were all fairly minor inconveniences, and they didn't take away from my overall experience. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would happily consider staying here again.

Spent 2 nights in the Crowne Plaza in Auckland. Check in was easy and received our complimentary drinks vouchers. The bar staff were very helpful letting us sample the different beers on tap allowing us to actually get something we liked rather than guessing. Had dinner in the restaurant at night, the catch of the day was excellent. The room was very nice and had been recently refurbished. The only downside was the coffee machine - 3 expresso capsules for 2 people doesn't go. Also there was a trial going on using a virtual concierge, just not the same as actually speaking to a really person who knows the local area and please do not loose the human interaction.

We once again had an excellent stay at this hotel, which was our fourth visit. The property is very well located, the room was clean, and the bed was particularly comfortable. We also felt very safe thanks to the secure elevator access system. I appreciated being able to use the fitness room every day. It is well equipped, complete, and fully functional. We also benefited from an early check-in and a late check-out. These thoughtful arrangements were essential to our comfort and contributed greatly to the success of our trip. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which we felt could offer a little more variety. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return.
