The hotel's location was perfect and very convenient for my stay. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. My room was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Adele and Mr. Cleon from the reception team. They did an outstanding job throughout my stay and were always courteous, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent service. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

Overall, a good hotel.  It is located 10 minutes walk from the town centre and has a basement parking.  During peak periods, the number of lots may be insufficient. There is a complimentary bus ticket given to us for around town use.  The rooms are clean and especially like the shower, it’s a total monolithic mould of the bathtub and wall.  Only small complaint is the walls are lightly sound insulated so you can hear your neighbours voices.

My first time in Banff. Rundlestone Lodge is a great place to stay. Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. Room was upgraded at a very reasonable price. Room is very spacious and clean. Good bathroom and shower facilities. Bed is extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Tea and coffee in the room. TV also but didnt use it. Great places to eat close by. Bus stops close for the bus into Banff downtown and the Gondola. I recommend staying here.

We booked 4 rooms for vacation for a week. All the employees were great & so helpful. I was in room 122 which had 2 bedrooms & a nice sitting area surrounded by windows. It was nice & quiet located at the end of the hall & easy to just go down the stairs to our car. My other rooms were a n the 3rd floor & they had nice high ceilings & large rooms. The hotel is about a mile walk to town but it was very convenient to hop on the bus. The front desk gave free bus passes & will renew them when expired.

What a cute little spot! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky enough to have a room that looked over the main road into town. We had a smashing view of the mountains (well you are surrounded by then!) Not sure if it was because of the tour we were on or if the hotel supplied it, but we had free access to the roam (local) bus. Handy for those that aren’t able to walk. Was also handy to pop out to spots if iii didn’t have access to a vehicle. This accomodation was really neat and tidy. Couldn’t fault it and would go back here again if we are ever in Banff.

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was very spacious with a two-storey layout, two bathrooms, a large comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. The only downside was that the room and furniture were quite old and would benefit from renovation. On the positive side, the staff were outstanding—friendly, genuine, and always happy to assist. Their excellent hospitality made up for the dated room. With some refurbishment, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.

We were a last-minute reservation (made it around 3pm while in Banff and decided to spend the night). Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a secure parking garage under the hotel, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is close enough to the center of town to walk (though they gave us complimentary bus passes on check-in, valid for our whole stay), but far enough from the center to afford a very quiet atmosphere. The room was spacious and we sat outside on the balcony/porch to enjoy a quiet glass of wine. We heard birds and some baby elk honking to their mothers in the nearby woods. I'm so glad they had space for us! (The "no vacancy" sign lit up as we finished checking in!)

Everything good. Parking is underground and there is elevator from parking to each floor. Room was nice. Nice view from windows. Staff also nice. I stayed 2 nights coming from British Columbia. They give free shuttle bus tickets. I can recommend this hotel.
