We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh throughout, and we didn’t encounter any bugs during our stay. The location is excellent, with Big C just next door for souvenir shopping, while CentralWorld and Platinum Mall are within walking distance. It’s also a great choice for families with elderly members. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff for fulfilling my request to make cute towel animals. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Checking it was quite pleasant compared to the rest of the stay. We had Zoe at the reception helping us. She was a sweetheart and very helpful. However, the room we booked smelled like mold and the entire floor(12th) just smelled bad in general. We had to upgrade rooms. Thank god we did that. The new room was better than the last and it was more spacious and the bathroom was way cleaner than the first room. At night, it smelled bad but on the 2nd day it wasn’t like that anymore and the room smelled okay. One issue was rodents. There was a rat in the vents the entire stay and it was squeaking a lot at night so we had to open the AC despite the room being freezing cold. The other receptionist when we checked out was rude. She was only nice to the Thai guests as far as I saw. She also made us contact the concierge ourselves despite no one being there. We had to carry our stuff down to the lobby by ourselves because no one would pick up the phone. Everyone except the receptionist with glasses is nice and friendly. I wouldn’t come back for sure.

Positives: 1 The hotel is in a very good location, right next to BIG C, the supermarket chain and the high end shopping belt. So Gayson Plaza and Central World and Paragon are within walking distance.2. The staff at the reception and the Conceige counter were very helpful and politeNegatives: 1. The hotel rooms are in need of repairs and renovations. I was in Room 709. The floor in the room was dirty. The bottom of my socks shows it. There were cracks all over the walls in the room. Some room lights were not working. 2. Caught 4 cockroaches in the room. 3. The bathtub leaked. Floor was constantly wet4. The Hotel room wifi was very weak and non existent most of the time5. The room furnishing was outdated and old, and the pillows provided had a musty smell to it6. The toilet door could not close properly.7. Even the slot to insert the card key to activate the lights was in bad shape. The card was slanted when slotted in8. The room safe though working needs to be replaced.Spoke to the hotel staff and asked them what's going on as each time I stay there, I can see the deterioration. Was told that the owner of the building must have over leveraged and now has no means to provide funding for renovations. Some floors were renovated . However, these rooms were given to guest who booked directly with them. For guest like us who book through 3rd parties, we get unrenovated rooms . However there is currently no budget for extensive renovations.

Very nice hotel, lobby looks grand . We were greeted warmly at the check in counter by Ms Pornthip. She is very friendly and communicates clearly in English. It was a very smooth and quick process .

I am writing this report to complain about the terrible experience my family and I had during our stay at the hotel. The customer service was very disappointing, and the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. When my sister politely asked the counter lady for the WiFi password, the staff member responded rudely and told her to “go to the side and wait for the room keycard” in an unfriendly manner. This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable right from the start. After going up to our room, we noticed that the hallway smelled extremely bad, as if it had not been cleaned properly for a very long time. Unfortunately, the room itself also had a horrible smell. The carpet was dusty, the walls and ceiling had visible cracks, and the toilet was very dirty. In addition, the shower head had extremely strong water pressure that made it uncomfortable to use. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable, feeling almost as hard as the floor. To make matters worse, we even found bugs in the beds, which was very unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the hotel management improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service so that other guests will not have to go through the same situation.

Honestly, this is a good location and convenient place to go anywhere in a city area. Been a regular customer since when I was a kid until adults, roughly 20 over years. There was an executive lounge previously, which we always stayed, but for some reason, they don't provide this services already. Every since we frequently stayed in here, I notice the room conditions cannot make it, very old, wall paper torn, cannot maintain it's looks. Bath tube was dirty, shower head mouldy. Before our stay, we communicated with this reservation manager, supposedly to request for one of the room to be twin bed but was given king bed. Told them our connecting room to have 3 towel each. But didn't. There is also a communication breakdown within the internal staff from fronts office and the housekeeping department. Stayed for 7 nights, and for first 3 nights, after make up room is done, I have to first check the towels because I have 2 children to shower. Then I have to make a hassle to call them 3 times via front office. We know one of the staff from the executive lounge which she is now at front office and is very friendly to us, seeing me grew up. Other than that, front office and concierge are friendly and welcoming on our first day.

Indeed a good location but the rest was. I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and it was very unsatisfactory. The room was not the best. The moment I entered the phone was making such a screeching noise and it was really irritating. At night some weird sounds made it difficult to sleep. Moreover the service was not very welcoming. My mother was denied a cup of cappuccino which was not what we expected from a hotel with such a good location. While checking out, the receptionist told me to contact room service to take my baggage out and guess what the phone was not working.my mother and I had to carry 3 heavy bags down. Some staff saw us struggling but they were just standing and smiling instead of actually helping. Genuinely such a disappointing experience

Hotel is definitely dated but my room was good enough. For the price in this area i wouldnt mind coming back again. Wifi is great. Water pressure is great. Aircon is great. Staff are mostly pleasant and polite. Right next to big c but the only good time to go is in the morning before it gets crowded. Although not directly connected to the skywalk but easily accessible via big c or gaysorn. I had a great 2 night stay here.
