This is a well located and convenient hotel. Price is reasonable. However. I have stayed here several times with my company. Every single time I have stayed in this hotel (5 times 🥲) I have had to complain about the room. And then subsequently having to move rooms. Unfortunately the new rooms are not much better. Specifically noise related. Hotel infrastructure is so old. The Air conditioning either doesn’t work or is so noisy I need to wear earplugs ! The rest of the room is ok. Basic and clean. Nothing special. The gym facility is terrible. Old and what look to be second hand machines. Covered in sweat stains and falling apart. It feels that the owners haven’t invested anything in 10+ years The service team do their best to accommodate guests request. But barely go above the basic levels of hospitality. If you’re looking for a cheap well located hotel. It’s ok. I did raise these issues with the team on my last visit. Nothing was really done. And no manager was really availabke to speak to someone other than the front desk officer. I hope this message can reach the GM or owners and that they could improve. I will not be returning again

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had (as of July 2026), and I will definitely not be returning. My experience included the following: 1. The air conditioner was old, extremely noisy, and the remote control did not work. 2. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow. Even worse, the staff showed little sense of urgency or concern for waiting guests. 3. The overall service quality was far below what I would expect from a hotel. I have received better service from budget accommodations. 4. The only access road to the hotel was under construction, but no one informed guests where they could park. Unless you specifically asked, no information was provided. 5. The room had very poor sound insulation. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to get proper rest. 6. The electrical appliances were very old. The refrigerator was particularly loud and kept running noisily throughout the night. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have experienced. Based on my experience in July 2026, I cannot recommend this hotel and will never return.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to the BTS station. The hotel is away from the noise and dust from the main road, yet near to local street hawkers and small eateries with a wide range of cheap and delicious food. Along the main road are rows of reasonably priced massage place. MBK centre is also near within walking distance of about 10-15 min. The hotel rooms are clean and hotel staff extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel given its price, location and service.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything is new, modern, and very well maintained. The location is convenient, with two metro lines nearby, a 7-Eleven store, and plenty of cafés within walking distance. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large panoramic window, convenient power outlets by the bed, a dedicated workspace for a laptop, a minibar with everything you might need—even a corkscrew—and complimentary drinking water served in glass bottles and kept chilled in the refrigerator. The room also included a safe and a hairdryer. My favorite feature was the huge panoramic window with a cozy daybed, which made the room feel especially inviting. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool with a children's slide, a playground, a gym, and even a yoga room. Breakfast was norm, with a wide variety of options including European, Asian, and Indian dishes. There were also delicious homemade pastries, fresh fruits, and salads. I would especially like to thank the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even though I arrived without luggage, I felt very well looked after. A staff member personally escorted me to my room and showed me around the hotel, including the pool, gym, and restaurant. Such attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. I would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Room was not particularly new but clean, with nice view of the city. Aircon worked well and cooled down the room quickly. Room service staff were quick to respond and we're helpful. Close to BTS station but if u have heavy suitcase with u, u have to walk to a further exit to use the lift. Hotel front desk staff tried to be helpful but could do better, e g. When I arrived they had to take calls from existing customer regarding a complain, which my check in process was transferred to another person and back to the first, wasted both sides' time handling both issues. It was 12pm when I checked out and lots of other customers were standing at front desk waiting for ages. They had to send staff to check my room before letting me leave. I specifically told them I have my credit card details left with them, if anything, contact me to confirm and can deduct money for anything they found I damaged or used upon aggrement eg snack bar (which I didn't). I couldn't stand there and wait forever. They should review this process to help staff make the check out process faster and smoother for everyone. Restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Gym looked nice, would like to use swimming pool but water quality seemed to have room for improvement. Couldn't find the self laundry station. Was generally ok for a quick few days stay in Bangkok.

This was my second stay at Evergreen Place Siam, and it continues to be a great choice. The hotel is simple, cozy, and comfortable. The staff always greet guests with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The location is also very convenient, with the BTS station less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Bangkok. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Evergreen Place Siam is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of Bangkok, offering a very convenient location close to the BTS Skytrain and many popular attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making it a perfect place for both travelers and families. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, clean facilities, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. One of the highlights is the cozy Casa Lapin café located right in front of the hotel, serving delicious coffee and tasty meals in a stylish setting. There is also a fresh fruit smoothie shop called “Water Fruit,” which is perfect for enjoying refreshing drinks during Bangkok’s hot weather. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, convenient transportation, and great cafés and food spots nearby.

Extremely unprofessional and felt like a scam! I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I had already booked and fully paid for my room in advance via Agoda. However, when I arrived, the hotel refused to check me in, claiming that the price listed on the app was an "error" and was too low. They then demanded that I pay an additional 1,500 THB on the spot if I wanted to stay. What makes this even worse is that the hotel was already fully aware of this pricing issue on the booking, yet they never bothered to contact or notify me in advance. Instead, they waited until I arrived at the property to force an upcharge on me. To make matters worse, the staff offered zero assistance. They refused to help and bluntly told me to cancel the booking myself in the app. Even after I showed them my screen proving that the app didn't allow me to cancel, they simply brushed it off and told me to contact Agoda customer service on my own. Because of their refusal to take responsibility. Forcing guests into a corner, squeezing extra money out of them, and offering no assistance whatsoever is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful when considering booking this hotel.
