An exceptional hotel with exceptional service and facilities. From the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly by concierge, the porters abd guest services. One of the best hotels and properties I’ve ever experienced. The hotel staff across all parts of the hotel are amazing and very helpful. Loved Frankie on check in, she was so so lovely! Will also add, we booked this place for our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it so very special for us and also for our kids. They gave them the cutest little luggage tags and bubbles and some Kempinski magnets as a keepsake. So many special touches.

Our stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional—especially for families traveling with kids. The highlight was definitely the Kids Club, which was thoughtfully designed, safe, and incredibly fun. There were plenty of engaging activities throughout the day, from arts and crafts to interactive games, keeping the little ones entertained for hours. What stood out most was how attentive and friendly the staff were—they genuinely cared about the children’s experience, making it easy for parents to relax and enjoy the rest of the hotel’s luxurious amenities. The pools were also very family-friendly, adding even more fun to the stay.If you're looking for a place where both parents and kids can have an amazing time, this is easily one of the best choices in Bangkok.

We had an amazing stay here for my fiancée's birthday. The service was truly exceptional — the staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and so well trained and intuitive. Housekeeping in particular went above and beyond, always ensuring our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, even leaving a personal note and neatly putting things back in a way most hotels don’t. A highlight of our trip was the beautiful birthday surprise they prepared for my fiancée — balloons, a cake, and fresh fruit, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was immaculate, we loved having a balcony, and the pool was absolutely amazing. Food at Alati was delicious, and we really appreciated the extra in-room amenities like the room spray and complimentary minibar. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with great variety and freshness every morning. Our only small critiques were that the TV felt quite outdated for a five-star hotel, and the small disposable shampoo/conditioner packaging seemed a bit wasteful. Otherwise, everything truly felt six-star — incredible value for money, with a perfect location close to everything essential. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure.

From the moment we arrived, the service at Siam Kempinski was absolutely outstanding. They welcomed our children with a lovely gift bag each, and the live harp music playing in the lobby at certain hours added a truly magical atmosphere. We stayed in a family suite featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine—it was fantastic! The kids were absolutely over the moon with the in-room drawing board, the dolls, and the special play 'balcony' built just for them. It kept them completely entertained and allowed us parents to truly relax. The kids' club was also exceptional, featuring a PlayStation, which gave us the peace of mind to enjoy some shopping at the adjacent malls knowing our children were in great hands. We would love to highly commend two staff members at the kids' club, First and Amie, who stood out for their wonderful and caring approach to the children. However, a few aspects could be improved. On our second day (out of a 4-night stay), we experienced a leak in our bedroom. While the staff kindly offered to move us to a different room, we ultimately declined as we had already unpacked all of our luggage. That being said, it was a bit disappointing that the hotel didn't find another way to compensate us for this issue, as their temporary solution was simply leaving towels on the floor. Additionally, we found that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided in tiny bottles, reminiscent of a 3-star hotel. It was a bit inconvenient for a family, so we actually went to the mall's supermarket to buy our own full-sized products. Our main area for feedback, however, was the dining experience as a vegan family. We had notified the hotel well in advance, and they confirmed they would accommodate us. Upon arrival, we even met with the chef, who reassured us everything would be fine but didn't actually discuss any options with us. Unfortunately, the next morning there was virtually nothing suitable for us to eat at breakfast. While the buffet offered variety, including Indian dishes, heavy rice and spicy sauces are simply not what we want for breakfast. We were hoping for standard morning items like vegan croissants, pancakes, bread with vegan butter, or a tofu scramble. We had to order these as special requests, and only some were fulfilled. Even then, despite the chef's good intentions, the execution wasn't quite there. Additionally, we noticed that not all dishes at the buffet were clearly labeled with dietary or allergen information. For instance, one morning I had an eggplant dish that I thought was made with tahini, but after asking the chef, I found out it contained mayonnaise or another dairy ingredient. It would be very helpful if the food labeling was more consistent throughout the buffet. Importantly, we brought up all of these points during our check-out. The staff was very receptive, answering that they would take our feedback to heart and make a major effort to implement changes. While the suite and the kids' facilities made for a very pleasant stay, we truly hope they use this constructive criticism to improve their overall guest experience.

Siam Kempinski is one of those hotels that gets almost everything right. From the moment you arrive, the service is warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The staff are consistently professional without being overly formal, and there is a real sense that they pay attention to the little details that make a stay feel special. The room was beautifully designed, spacious and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities and a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully considered, making it easy to unwind after a long day exploring Bangkok. Breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive variety of choices and very good quality across the board. There is something for everyone, from Asian favourites to international breakfast options, and the service during breakfast was just as attentive as elsewhere in the hotel. The location is hard to beat. Being right next to Siam Paragon makes shopping, dining and getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient, while the hotel itself still feels like a peaceful retreat away from the energy of the city. Overall, Siam Kempinski delivers the combination of excellent service, beautiful rooms, a fantastic breakfast and an unbeatable location. A truly five-star experience and definitely one of the hotels I would happily return to whenever I’m in Bangkok.

One of the finest hotel experiences our family has ever had, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The themed family suite was exceptional, thoughtfully designed, spacious, and the kids absolutely loved every detail of it. The hospitality throughout was warm, genuine, and consistently attentive across every touchpoint: check-in, housekeeping, the spa, the gym, and dining. The service pricing is fair and transparent for a property of this calibre, and the facilities match the promise of a world-class hotel. What truly sets Siam Kempinski apart is that it delivers the feel of a private resort in the heart of Bangkok, the pools, the lush garden setting, and the direct access to Siam Paragon make it ideal for families who want both luxury and convenience. We will absolutely be returning with the family. Highly recommended without hesitation.

This is the first hotel I am ever constantly wow by the service level. From picking up at the airport to sending us off the airport to the immigration entry point. Every individual staff were extremely friendly, from the first gentleman Sup to the last lady in the hotel Rujira and the driver to the airport and the 2 staff walking us throughout our journey from tax refund to immigration check point. The awesome service doesnt end within the hotel, but beyond where their guests last step will be in Bangkok. I would like to thank everyone who we have met from the friendly door staff to housekeeping to drivers, receptions, Sup and Rujira for their truly exceptional service. I am deeply impressed and reflecting how could we learn from the team to uplift the service standard back at workplace. Thank you! I will surely be back again and anyone who is reading this, dont hesitate to book with them. Because they are worth it, just like how we are worth every pampering experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Siam Kempinski Bangkok Our family had the pleasure of staying at Siam Kempinski Bangkok for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary and it was also our daughter Amin’s first visit to Bangkok. What made our stay even more special was Woong, the Front Office staff member who welcomed us at check-in. From the very first moment, he greeted us with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism that we immediately felt we were in good hands. Throughout our stay, every interaction with him was thoughtful and sincere. He truly represents the exceptional hospitality of Siam Kempinski. In fact, every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made our family feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire stay. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious food, the hotel facilities were beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better, with direct access to Siam Paragon making it extremely convenient for families. Thank you for helping us create such precious memories as a family. We will always remember this wonderful anniversary celebration, and our daughter still talks about how much she loved the hotel. We highly recommend Siam Kempinski Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok. We will definitely return on our next trip. A heartfelt thank you to Woong and the entire team for making our stay so unforgettable.
