Exactly what we needed as a family with a two year old son visiting Barcelona. Space to relax in the evening when he slept as the apartments were very spacious. Road a little noisy in the evening but nothing crazy. Nice beds, cot provided for us. We didn't interact with staff much as we were out a lot but a 24 hour reception is great. Location is excellent too. Very close to the metro at Arc De Triomf as well as walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, the sagrada familia and the cities biggest park For a family I would highly highly reccomend

The apartment was large with a nice outdoor terrace! The washing machine and all of the kitchen materials were so clutch for our family! Great location for restaurants and parks& 28min walk to the beach, lots of access to public transportation. Very helpful staff. The high price for the extra guest (3 of us had beds and our 4th guest, my daughter, slept on pullout couch pillows) was less nice.

Location of hotel is near to metro station. Surroundings are full of convenient stores which some opens 24/7.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row. We chose it because it has a kitchen, which is convenient as you can make yourself a cup of tea in the morning without having to look for somewhere to grab breakfast. However, that was the only advantage. Last year, during our 10-day stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bed linen was never changed. However, we are not particularly fussy people, so we were happy to sweep the floor ourselves, especially since we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. BUT THIS YEAR WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We were placed in a room that was a real BEDBUG INFESTATION. I had only ever heard about bedbugs before, but this time I saw them with my own eyes. 😥 At first, we thought my husband was being bitten by mosquitoes and never imagined that the problem was actually bedbugs. When we reported the issue to the hotel staff that morning, the only solution they offered was to send a man with a spray can who told us to leave the room for about an hour while he sprayed it. No apologies, absolutely nothing! We never saw a manager or anyone else in a senior position. This ruined our entire holiday. My husband was being eaten alive by these bedbugs for five days until I accidentally spotted the culprit. I was absolutely shocked! Its been more than a week and he still has marks, and receiving treatment. I don’t even mention how much it costed the disinfection of our belongings. AND NOT A SINGLE SORRY FROM THE HOTEL!!! We were refunded only for the remaining days of our stay, and that was it. And the city tax , wasn’t refunded at all, so had to pay it twice than moving to another hotel. It’s such a shame that I can’t upload the video showing the bedbugs crawling around. 😥

We paid a good amount for our stay, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. When I requested room service to clean the room, they only changed the towels and did not properly clean it. There was only a small amount of shampoo in the bathroom, and even after requesting a refill several times, it was never replaced. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations, which is disappointing considering the price we paid

Our stay at Aparthotel Nàpols in Barcelona was excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable and met all our expectations. The location is perfect, with shops and major attractions within walking distance, which made getting around the city very easy. The price is very reasonable considering the location and the quality of the accommodation. Our apartment also included a small kitchen and a living area, which was a great advantage, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals if we wanted to. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again.

I honestly don't know why all the bad reviews but me and my children spent great time here. The apartment is very big and very clean. We've stayed next to the lifts but we didn't hear any noise on night time. The receptionists (2 men), were very helpful and friendly. The bedsheets are very clean and smells of freshness. Yes the TV it's small but honestly we didn't go to Barcelona to watch TV 😂 so it didn't bother us at all. For the price I've paid it had everything we needed. The location is perfect!!! I definitely recommend!

Excellent location, central and close to the underground. Large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, large rooms. Very quiet. Wifi and air con worked well. It's a great place to stay. Please note that the apartment are not serviced; the cleaners take the rubbish out every day, but won't make your bed or change bedsheets.
