Very good location for family, we found uber best mode of transport. Small area but we didn’t spend much time in accommodation

A good apartment. Very close to metro and bakeries, so location is great. The apartment is big with plenty of space. however the sink is very tiny, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the lift is small. Also there is only one mirror so it is difficult for a group of ladies to get ready. There are a lots of items like cutlery’s, iron, hair dryer given to us which was helpful. Overall, i think this apartment is good for the value of money.

Excellent location. However, apartments themselves are very tiny. Can hear absolutely everything due to very thin walls. Not helped by having a group staying above us. Complained about the noise as kept us up until 5am but nothing done about it and carried on for the full 4 nights of our stay. Reception and service generally poor. Have to check in and out at the hotel so reporting anything a pain. Beds were hard and very small. WIFI was average. Apartment very close to metro and Sagrada Familia but trading off this to offer a sub par experience.

I really like the location of the hotel. It’s nearby to all the shops, restaurants, and all the tourist spots esp the Sagrada Familia church. The room is tidy and everyone is accommodating. I’d like to thank Cris and the other guy (who is usually in at night and dawn), great service from my check in time until I checked out. Really recommendable.

It's a shame that I have to write this review, but the attitude of management really leaves no choice. We stayed at the apartment from 6 to 8 of April (I'm attaching proof because I already know the morally dishonest management will accuse this review to be fake). While it's true that the location is central and there is a nice view of the Sagrada Familia, our apartment had no hot water, just cold. Imagine spending 3 days as a tourist in a beautiful city like Barcelona, without being able to shower and clean yourself! Of course we contacted the management immediately to fix the issue, but all we received was lies. According to the management, a technician was supposed to come and resolve the warm water malfunction on the first day, but nobody came. Then they said they would come in the morning of the second day, but nobody came. Then they said it will be fixed on the last day, and obviously nobody came. Reading previous reviews, it appears clear that heating problems are common, so the management is either incapable of fixing the issue, or simply doesn't care at all. I don't know which option is worse. Adding to this, the email address that they provide you for eventual communications or complaints is of no use at all. Overall, if you are happy to only take freezing cold showers and you can bring your own toilet paper, than this place is ok. Otherwise stay away!! I'll conclude by signing off this review in the same style that the management uses to answer other unlucky customers, by wishing you a better life in the future, and excellent health going forward. Take care

During our stay, the perfect location of the apartment was unfortunately overshadowed by a significant issue: the persistent lack of hot water, which made it impossible for my friends and me to have a shower. Despite our repeated contacts with the reception and assurances that a technician would soon resolve the issue, no one appeared to fix it. This happened repeatedly during our stay (we - 6 girls - stayed 2 nights and the problem was reported during first hours of our stay), greatly diminishing our overall experience. During our checkout we were given an email to contact to, but no one responded to it and even did not try make it up to us. Very disappointing. Perfect location overshadowed by not willing to resolve issues.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw away from the Sagrada Familia. However, it was really annoying that the hotel didn’t let us know beforehand that we would have to go to the main hotel building to pick up the keys and check in. We had to lug all our bags a few blocks down to the main hotel building and then lug it back to the apartments. They messaged us beforehand insisting that we pay a 400euro deposit in CASH. Which actually could’ve just been done via credit card in person at the front desk, and didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know to head straight to the hotel building ahead of time. There was also no toiletries in the bathroom at all, and not nearly enough toilet paper. The sofa bed wasn’t clean and did not even come with pillows or sheets. The room with the bunk bed felt eerily close to a jail cell with the white lights and metal wire shelving units, and no natural light. TV remote was out of battery. Would definitely think twice before booking a stay here again.

Our stay at La Sagrada Familia Apartments was smooth — the apartmen had everything needed for a short stay, it was clean and the pictures portrayed it well. Overall it was a pleasant experience, the staff at the hotel check in was really accomodating and welcoming.
