Location - great. It's in a quiet area, good for sleeping but we did have a courtyard room. Also, very close to a lot of things including Sagrada Familia and city beaches. Staff - great, friendly and helpful. Bed - very comfortable, pillow - less so. Breakfast - great and they have tea and coffee in the rooms plus a mini fridge and 2 safes. The only things that would have made it better - an extendable magnifying mirror for make up, shaving, etc. Also, the tubs are very high and the bathroom floors are extremely slippery when wet so be careful. My sister had a very nasty fall on our first day there and is still pretty bruised. We did not get to use the pool but it looked good. Overall, I would stay there again.

The hotel looks much more worn out than shown in the photos. There were stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom was also quite shabby. Moreover, the amenities stated on the website were not provided, such as conditioner and body wash. Even after asking the front desk, they said they did not have any. Apart from toilet paper in the restroom, no other tissues were available. The hotel is completely not worth the price. Aside from its convenient location, nothing else justifies the expensive accommodation fee.Furthermore, the shower partition is completely ineffective, leaving the entire bathroom floor soaked whenever taking a shower. I am extremely dissatisfied with this.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived at 2am due to a flight delay. The rooms were clean and came with a fridge/kettle/suitable toiletries in the bathroom which were all nice touches. The beds were comfortable and it provided a good base for us over our 6 day trip. Whilst we didn’t have the breakfast, it always looked good. There was free wifi provided which was quick and only had to be rejoined once a day (this is good for a hotel). There is a small pool on the roof of the hotel which was lovely to dip into during midday sun.

A cozy hotel with friendly staff. We arrived quite early, and they kindly offered to check us in an hour before the scheduled check-in time. The breakfasts were delicious, although they are charged separately. There is also an additional tourist tax of around €50 for a two-night stay, which is paid upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping was available upon request. The location is convenient, not far from the city center, with plenty of shops and cafés nearby.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Lobby way pleasant. Room was adequate, clean and carpet free. Very soundproof.

Great location, however the bathroom door sticks on the tiles so bit of a pain but apart from that it was great. Breakfast had good choice although on 2nd day wasn't very warm.

The hotel is closed to metro, and  Arc de Triomf. Have some restaurants, supermarkets and cafe surrounded. The staff is helpful. The old is a little bit old, and the bed cover and pillows are not real comfortable. As I will expect a better quality of this price range, which around Eur 170-180 per night.
