We had a great stay at the hotel. We had a small issue with the room we were initially assigned, but Nelson was absolutely amazing and resolved the situation immediately. His attention and willingness to help really made a difference. The service throughout our stay was excellent, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was complete, delicious, and had a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to Nelson for his outstanding service!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, they made me feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to bars and Andino Mall. I never felt unsafe walking around the area, whether during the day or at night. I’m giving it 4 stars because the rooms, particularly the bathroom and the ceiling, could use some renovation. Overall, however, this is a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel! In the middle of the andino neighborhood with lots of restaurants options and lovely vibe. Even so, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Would recommend!

We stayed here expecting a five-star experience consistent with the brand, but unfortunately that was not what we received. We arrived at 2:30pm and were told we could not check in until 3:00pm because the room was not ready yet, which we understood. However, when we were finally allowed into the room, it was clearly not prepared. The room was visibly dirty — dust on shelves and the TV, counters not wiped, and floors dirty enough that our feet became dirty walking around. The dust was heavy enough that you could literally draw in it. The water issue did not present itself until the following morning, when I could feel water dripping while using the bathroom. On closer inspection, there was a dark pool of water in the shower, and it became clear that water was dripping through the ceiling light fixture above the shower. The fixture itself had visible rust and water staining, which made it appear that this was not the first time this had happened. We documented this and requested a room change, which the hotel accommodated, and the replacement room was fine. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled afterward. At breakfast, a manager offered us a small plate with cheese, bocadillo, and a biscuit — items already included in the breakfast we had paid for — as an apology. Given that the issue involved both cleanliness and a safety concern, this response felt misaligned and frankly more uncomfortable than helpful. I would have preferred no gesture at all to one that minimized the seriousness of the situation. We were not seeking compensation — only a clean, functional room and professional service — but those basic expectations were not met on arrival.

The location is really good but all the staff is amazing, the restaurant has a lot of variety and Christian and Sergio gave me a great service and attention. I’m going to back soon!!!
