My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for almost a week, and our experience was wonderful. The property was very clean, the staff was incredibly attentive, and everyone was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Michael, our waiter, and Camilo, our concierge — they were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience special. From the housekeeping team to the front desk staff, everyone showed professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, bars and shopping just outside the property. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and always offering help, and housekeeping was great too - twice-daily housekeeping with turndown service. For us, the hotel felt a bit dated in style/atmosphere, but nothing to hold against them...just more of a personal preference.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was beautifully presented, very well equipped, and everything worked exactly as it should. The bathroom was modern and nicely sized, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. We appreciated how complete and thoughtfully arranged everything felt. It comfortably met the international five-star standards we expected, with nothing missing and everything easy to use. Service throughout our stay was friendly and professional. English was good, communication was easy, and everything we needed was handled smoothly. The location also worked very well for us. It was in a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood while still being conveniently close to major shopping malls and other areas we wanted to reach. Breakfast was a particular highlight. The selection was excellent, but the pastry chef really made it special. He went out of his way to prepare and present a phenomenal selection of croissants, including some wonderfully creative variations. That personal touch made breakfast especially memorable and was probably our favorite part of the stay. There was genuinely very little to criticize. The only slightly unusual point was that the hotel bar closed at 10 pm, which felt rather early, but this was a minor detail and did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

Lovely and comfortable spot with great amenities and customer service. A shout-out to Camilo, a very kind, courteous and attentive concierge; Karen and Freddy at reception, for their professionalism and personable attention, and Sadya for an amazing spa treatment. I felt safe and well taken care of. The location is within walking distance of cute cafés, and a wide array of boutiques featuring Colombian made items. I highly recommend it!

Everything about this stay was wonderful - the customer service, the room, the little details. I stayed with my partner who was recovering from a hospital stay and we found the rest and comfort we needed so badly. The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean, the staff were always kind and helpful. I hope I come back soon!

We came for a brunch, they have fantastic vegetables selection, do it yourself , typical Colombian dishes and amazing desserts. Good value for money. Service is so good we might came back only for it! Carolina, our waiter was wonderful - super kind with our baby (she has a natural talent for babies), very helpful and we enjoyed very much - she went beyond the usual service and behaved like we are friends. Our baby Jan liked her a lot!
