Excellent hotel located in a very safe part of BOG. There is a large modern shopping mall directly across the street and numerous restaurants with a short walk. Front desk staff especially Luis and Andres were extremely helpful, friendly as was Christian in the breakfast buffet. Rooms are large and very comfortable.

It ticks a lot of boxes. Great service, gym is ok, breakfast buffet is nice and great location. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

modern clean convenient hotel in quiet neighbourhood. check in was smooth and welcoming. room was spacious. bed was comfortable. linen was fresh, pure white and soft. breakfast was amazing with varied selection and choices. the chefs were talented and prepared well seasoned dishes. the baked goods were fresh, original and tasty. service was attentive and helpful. coffee was aromatic and smooth. highly recommend.

Sonesta in Bogota is a fantastic place. Great food, attentive staff, and extremely clean amenities. I've stayed in si many hotels but this one is by far the best. The breakfast is amazing, and team members remembered what type of coffee I liked! Unreal. Please keep up the good work.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta and truly felt at home during my visit. The rooms are very spacious, with air conditioning, and the bathrooms are modern and generously sized. The beds are incredibly comfortable and made it easy to rest and recharge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed was provided promptly and with kindness, which made the stay feel effortless and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all of them delicious. The breakfast staff was just as wonderful and attentive, making mornings a pleasure. The location is also a big plus, as the hotel is close to many restaurants and especially near Unicentro Mall, which is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It truly felt like a second home, and I would happily stay here again.

Every time I’m in Bogota either by myself or with my husband I choose this hotel. It’s very well maintained, location is prime, very quiet and most important the service it’s supreme.

Extremely CLEAN ! Friendly helpful staff , location perfect , breakfast staff is amazing and the food at breakfast is delicious and beautiful- comfortable bed sheets very good - quite- our standards are very high and I would come back to this place anytime we had business in Bogota

The hotel is clean and modern with a great location, many restaurants around and a mall on the other side of the road. The rooms are big and clean, perhaps with some small updates needed in some small details. The people works here are kind and efficient. The breakfast is simply amazing. Wide range of options, from international to local food. In general, a great place to stay for business trips, or either to visit the city
