The 1 bedroom unit was a glorified bachelor suite, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer and only a hot plate. The bar fridge was totally frosted up and almost useless. Way overpriced for what it was.

Great spot in Byron, walking distance to town and beach. The road is quite busy but we didn’t notice any noise. 2 bedroom apartment was great size and had everything you needed with outdoor sitting area. Pool although small was clean and well maintained, and perfect temperature. Managers were friendly

Very comfortable older style apartments within a tropical setting and about 500m walk to Main Beach and shopping precinct. Each apartment is in a private setting with outdoor balcony. There is a dated pool and spa and beach towels are provided. Starter pack amenities are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of storage space. Limited reception hours but easy key code to pick up keys and for garage access. Good value and I’d say 3.8 ⭐️

I like that the apartment is very spacious and close to the CBD but the facility of it is not so good… hot water pool only worked the first day and then it stopped working, we were hoping to use it again so it was disappointing. The light in the bathroom has to turn on multiple time before it actually light up. The bedroom door was stuck when we close it which scares me I thought we were locked in the room. The pool looks so much smaller than the image and there is no lighting in the yard at night. Completely dark…Also I didn’t like that we have to took the garbage out to the bin outside, never had that experience in other hotels. First time in Byron and I did realize the hotel price was generally higher so I think the hotel is still good value but we had much better experience before for similar price in Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.

Loved our stay! Apartments were beautifully furnished and well located within walking distance to Byron Bay town. Jamie was an extremely helpful and lovely host and the check in process was a breeze. The heated spa was a great bonus. Will be recommending this place to visiting friends.

Overall, I was happy with my stay here. The rooms were nice for the value, quite modern and very comfortable. Great customer service too. Upon arrival, we were given a choice of rooms by the receptionist. Upon departure, we were treated very nicely as they catered for our late checkout. For the price, I recommend.
