What a beautiful place to stay. The beds are the first comfortable beds i have had in a very long time in a hotel. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. Service from everyone is outstanding. Restaurant has quality food not to be missed and dont forget happy hour. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. The out door pools and spas were also amazing. We only had one night here before our flight the next day, but it was perfect. King bed was very comfy and the room was spotless. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of choice. Beautiful view of the wharf from our balcony and the sunset from the pool deck was a little bonus. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Parking is extra, but worth it for the convenience. Will definitely return in the future!

Every visit to the restaurant at Pullman Cairns International has been fantastic, thanks to the incredible team. Special recognition goes to Krish, the restaurant manager, whose genuine hospitality stands out every time. He always greets me warmly and takes great care of my dietary needs as a vegetarian, coordinating with the kitchen to accommodate requests like substituting brown rice for white. His thoughtfulness truly elevates the dining experience. During lunch, I often see Misuki, the assistant manager, who is just as warm and attentive. She consistently checks in to make sure my meal is enjoyable, greeting me with her friendly professionalism that makes me feel genuinely welcomed. Her steady presence brings a comforting familiarity to my midday visits, and the quality of her service truly reflects the high standards upheld by the Pullman team. Team Leader Soltan stands out for his warm, approachable attitude and proactive service. Whether attending to tables or providing extra assistance, his helpful nature elevates the entire dining experience. Across the board, the dining staff at Pullman Cairns International delivers phenomenal hospitality. Thanks to Krish’s attentive service, Misuki’s lovely lunchtime greetings, and Soltan’s reliable support, every visit makes me feel truly valued and well cared for. As an Accor member, I felt embarrassed and disrespected by the way I was treated during check-in at Pullman Cairns International. I booked a Superior Room with a high-floor room type/detail, but I was assigned a room on the lowest floor instead . What upset me most was being told by a staff member that I should not expect a high floor because I had booked a staff rate. I would understand if the hotel was fully booked or if I had checked in late. However, neither was the case. I checked in on time, and the same room type with high-floor availability was still being advertised. I was not asking for a complimentary upgrade or expecting special treatment. I simply expected to receive the room type I had booked. The rate I paid should not be used as a reason to make me feel that I deserve less respect as a guest. What disappointed me most was not just the room allocation, but the attitude and the way the situation was communicated. A polite and professional explanation would have made a big difference. As someone who is also familiar with the hospitality industry, I believe every guest deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the rate they pay. This experience left me disappointed and made me question the level of service at a hotel under the Pullman brand.

One of the best rooms I’ve ever had, thoughtfully designed from the ample drawers (WONDERFUL), to USBC ports, it makes staying a breeze for longer stays. A particular mention for 3 amazing front desk staff. ✴️ First Jaya with her gorgeous smile and attention to detail, her memory made me feel special. Checking in on my evening coming and going made me feel like family being cared for. ✴️ Second was the patience of Junko with a confusing triple booking. Guiding me with how best to help me have a seamless stay. Brilliant service indeed. ✴️ Finally Faz was a steady, calm command watching and guiding with a beautiful demeanour. All staff were always proud and available to any questions or requests. Our evening function was seamless on the 2nd floor while the pool resort area was clean and relaxing despite some renovational work. My 9 days were delightful from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this very clean, beautiful hotel and facilities. So close to the esplanade and convention centre, a convenience for all the activities and attractions.

Fantastic hotel for family with kids. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. (More than other similar price hotel in town) If you are Accor’s member you get a free welcome drink for each person booked. Room amenities are well equipped. (Tea, coffee machine, clean towel, clean room, great bathroom size!) Spacious lounge if you arrive early and need to wait. Has swimming pool, gym, conference room, great bar. Fantastic Location. Very close walk to Casino, Woolies, Lake St food court, night markets, rusty market, lagoon. Great view as well. Some rooms have balcony. Parking space available $22/day for guests. Parking is from when you book until mid day the next day (make sure you check just in case condition changes). NOTE: only the most right lift can go down to the parking basement. Again, great hotel for families. Small complaint: Used to have free water bottles in the room but not anymore. Still have free water downstairs in the lounge but would be great to have some in the room.

If you're looking for a very pleasant Hotel experience in Cairns , look no further. If you have been missing a high standard of customer service, look no further. If you appreciate staff making suggestions to enhance your stay, look no further. The check-in staff and check out staff were excellent. |This Hotel , probably styled in the 80's boasts wide internal corridors and a colonial decor that "screams" you are in North Queensland. We had a Harbour View room. Very spacious for 2 people. The Hotel is adjacent to the Cruise Ship Terminal and 2klms. from Cairns Central railway Station. There are numerous retail outlets within walking distance. It wasn't a hassle for the taxi driver to drive us to the Railway Station at 6a.m. without charging a "fixed fee". There was a small housekeeping issue which I reported at check out. The apology offered was extremely genuine.
