The location and the outside buildings are great, but the rooms are very tiny to the point where you don't have a place to open your one piece luggage. Rooms are very dirty and the hotel atmosphere is not great. It is very expensive for what it offers and definitely is not a5 stars hotel. |Some furniture was broken!

I just had my wedding there, mainly coz how big it is, and its landscape outside is just amazing for photos, and the Ballroom as well was pretty great and decorated well They organized everything and also got me the singer I wanted on pretty short notice. The ballroom decor and pretty much everything was done within just a day The whole staff was amazing, especially Mr. AHMED in the events team

The staff were great, the hotel was very clean, the food was good as well. I highly recommend this Hotel specially for couples and families.|And also as a complimentary gift they extended our stay for 2 days without any additional fees.|And Amr Khaled at the reception was very helpful and so polite.

After a 22-hour journey from Los Angeles, we arrived expecting a clean, comfortable room but instead found one that was dark, dirty, had a strong musty odor, mold in the bathroom, a damp, foul-smelling carpet, peeling wallpaper, and old, poorly maintained furniture. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised. Our request for a different room was not addressed that night, and the following day we spent hours waiting for assistance before eventually giving up. We were also bitten by what appeared to be bugs, and we have photographs documenting both the room's condition and the bites. Because we were traveling with my 82-year-old mother, who has diabetes and a heart condition, we decided to leave and book another hotel. When we informed the staff that we were leaving, they showed little concern and made no effort to resolve the situation. We were equally disappointed with Booking.com's handling of our complaint, which ultimately forced us to file a dispute through our Costco Citi credit card instead. To make matters worse, I discovered that our negative review of **Al Masa Hotel** had been removed from Booking.com, and there was no option to repost it. At the same time, my **5-star review** of **Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo**, where we stayed for the remainder of our trip, is still publicly visible. I found this inconsistency disappointing and difficult to understand. The extremely poor level of cleanliness, the unacceptable condition of the room, and the lack of meaningful customer support from both the hotel and Booking.com left us deeply disappointed. Based on our personal experience, we cannot recommend either this hotel or Booking.com.

We stayed at Al Masa Hotel from May 7th to May 9th and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On the second night, there was a large event taking place directly below our room. The music was extremely loud all night — the bed was literally vibrating. After the event ended, the staff continued dismantling the venue until around 5 a.m. with shouting and moving furniture, making it impossible to sleep. What is especially frustrating is that the hotel knowingly assigned rooms above the event hall despite such a large celebration taking place. We complained at the reception during the night, but nobody seemed interested in helping. A hotel stay should at least guarantee basic sleep and comfort, which was absolutely not the case here. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of guest complaints.

Best place to stay in Cairo. Everything under one roof. Hotels, pool, Gym, staff, breakfast and overall experience was amazing. Ahmed Saeed gave the best service possible
