My husband and I stayed at the Kempinski Garden City Nile, and it was lovely. The lobby assistant Sandy was very helpful and helped my husband and I with taking pictures and overall answering questions about the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and they have a nice pillow selection. They have 24/7 room service and the food is good. Saleh was very helpful on getting us extra towels when we needed them. Mousa the manager/supervisor was very kind and helpful. Our room had a nice view of the nile. It was nice to drink tea and watch the nile. The breakfast crew was so kind. Abdirahman always made sure we had our coffee and got what we needed. We will definately stay here again!

We had a five night stay and have nothing nothing negative to say. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. The ones in the bars and restaurants knew their food and drink well (Nasser in the Ottoman restaurant was particularly good). The reception staff and the ones outside the entrance identified our guides and cars and were always smiling and welcoming. It was a very nice place to come back to! A member of staff found the channel for Premier League football, another kept our suite well supplied with coffee and dates. When you passed anybody in the corridor they all greeted you with a smile.Nice! A word on room service - it was prompt, always within 30 minutes - and wonderful. The food was hot and delicious, the table laid with napkins and a small vase of flowers. The portions were rather large but that is hardly a complaint. We would go back there tomorrow.Or even this afternoon! Lol

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Elegant Kempenski Nile Hotel. The beautiful welcoming staff made our stay very, very memorable. They were always very professional and attentive and went above and beyond to make our days overlooking the Nile River in Cairo a special memory for us. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the bed and our pillows were super comfortable and the breakfast provided was super amazing. We would love to say a very big thankyou to all of the wonderful Kempenski staff. Shokran to all.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! The staff treats you like royalty, and the accommodations are spotless and beautiful. There’s a rooftop pool, a small but very clean gym, and the restaurant serves the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Plus, there’s an adorable little chocolate shop onsite! Highly recommend upgrading to include the breakfast. Thank you for making our stay truly wonderful!

The attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Special mention goes out to Raggab at the Executive Lounge, he goes out of his way to cater to guests needs - I enjoyed dining here for lunch and pre dinner snacks and drinks. I will be returning to this excellent establishment and definitely recommend it to guests who values and appreciates high standards of service without asking for it. The breakfast range is of superior quality, extensive and caters to a variety of tastes. Don't forget to dine at the Osmanly Restaurant as the food and service is excellent therefore its

First of all, the staff is very friendly stating with a warm welcome from Miss Norhan, she keep smiling and greeting us in a nice way. Having said that, the hotel lack some critical points: 1. Delayed services. Any request took vey long time to respond. 2. No tooth brush at the room and you need to ask. 2. Breakfast is very poor and variety does not represent 5 stars hotel. The only outstanding part is the fresh Egyptian bread. 3. At the checkout, we were surprised that our room are already allocated to another guest without confirming our departure. We believe they should informed us at the check in. 4. The carpet has some stains which is not really usual thing in 5 stars hotel. 5. No fresh tea and coffee is available at the breakfast. You need to ask for and as mentioned this will be delayed. All in all, it was Okay experience but our expectations was more than what we get.the hotel need to work on user experience enhancement as it is not cheap hotel. The location is wonderful and nearby Tahrir square.one of the big positive is the fact that it is family friendly hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the hotel staff, starting from the reception team and every department throughout the hotel. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Henry, for leading such an outstanding team and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality.
