Overall experience was satisfactory, the hotel is very close to the airport which is really convenient. however I’ve noticed the hotel is undergoing renovations which is an awesome thing but they need to do a lot of work to polish and clean after the rooms they have renovated. The first night I was put in an unpolished room where the bathroom basin was not covered up, there were paint marks on the floor and in the bath tub. The wall in front of the bed hasn’t been patched up yet. But I must applause the front desk staff to immediately assist with my feedback and changed a room for me. I’m truly grateful for the front desk staff! As a constant business traveler who stayed in many hotels over the past year, I could immediately see that this was not Radisson Standards and not a 4 star but the way the staff actioned to address my concerns did make my 13 nights stay with the hotel much better. I truly hope once the hotel has finished with their renovations, their rooms and cleanliness will improve and be like their lobby area which is really important!

All staff from reception to maids were always very helpful and kind. Very close to the airport and shuttle service is another welcoming plus. |The reception area is ok but the rooms however needs a complete overhaul as everything is of poor technical quality. E.g electrical sockets falling out of wall, large disgusting stains on floor carpets. Generally the technical standards seem half-finished all over. Recommendation from a frequent traveller is that the hotel management would stay in the rooms and experience the standards themselves.

The hotel was excellent. Rooms are big, clean, mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on, pillows as well. Breakfast is nice, I really enjoyed the variety of Egyptian, continental and chinese options. I would like to give a shoutout to Amr, the receptionist who welcomed me twice in the building. He is very kind and professional, making the guests comfortable from the very first second. I would definitely recommend it!

I would like to begin by highlighting the excellent service, professionalism, and performance of two individuals who have made a genuinely positive difference during my stay: Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Manager of the 1122 Café, and Mr. Hussain from the Concierge team. Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim has consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. His approach to hospitality, his responsiveness, and the way he manages his area deserve special recognition. Likewise, Mr. Hussain at the Concierge has been extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. His willingness to assist and his positive attitude reflect the standard of hospitality that guests should expect from a hotel of this level. Both gentlemen deserve recognition from senior management for their commitment and excellent service. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the hotel itself has been extremely disappointing. I have been staying at the hotel for approximately three months, and the condition of the rooms, combined with the way the ongoing renovation has been managed, has made much of the experience unacceptable. Many of the rooms are old, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of substantial attention and refurbishment. During just the first two weeks of my stay, I had to change rooms four times because of repeated maintenance and technical problems, including air-conditioning issues, water leaks, and several other defects. Having to repeatedly pack, move, and settle into another room is extremely inconvenient, particularly for a long-stay guest. The ongoing renovation has created another major concern. At times, the construction noise is unbearable, especially in rooms located adjacent to the renovation areas. I fully understand that hotels need to renovate and upgrade their facilities, but such work must be properly planned and managed to minimize its impact on guests. Rooms that are significantly affected by construction noise should either be temporarily taken out of service or allocated only after guests have been clearly informed of the expected disturbance. It is unreasonable to expect paying guests to tolerate excessive construction noise as part of their normal stay. Equally concerning has been the lack of attention to detail and the slow response to repeated complaints. I have raised these matters verbally on several occasions, yet corrective action has often been very slow. After making numerous complaints, I have even reached the uncomfortable point where I sometimes feel that certain staff members prefer to avoid engaging with me rather than address the underlying problems. I am not raising these concerns simply for the sake of complaining. After staying at the property for approximately three months, I believe I have had more than sufficient time to form a fair and balanced assessment of the hotel. There are serious issues that require management attention, particularly regarding room maintenance, quality control, renovation planning, noise management, responsiveness to complaints, and the overall consistency of the guest experience. At the same time, good service should always be acknowledged. Despite the difficulties I have experienced, Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim and Mr. Hussain have consistently demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Employees such as these are an asset to the hotel and deserve to be recognized accordingly. I sincerely hope that senior management will take these concerns seriously, not merely as a complaint, but as constructive feedback from a long-stay guest who has experienced the hotel extensively. The property has considerable potential, but achieving the expected standard will require stronger management oversight, faster corrective action, and much greater attention to detail.

Disgraceful customer service, we booked this hotel with the hopes of travelling to Egypt in May this year - but due to the Iran/israel conflict we had to cancel. The hotel refused to refund us and instead wasted time until the refund window closed. Do NOT stay here, they do not respect paying customers.

It is located very near the airport, which is extremely convenient. During the same trip, I had two different stays with a break in between. My first stay had a few issues with the toilet, but when I reported it, the service was very fast and they tried to solve it as quickly as possible. Mr. Maged Hanna, and Dina were so nice and cooperative, and on my second stay, they made sure everything was more than great. In general, the staff are very welcoming and smiley, from the concierge and security at the door to the manager. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety of cuisines to suit everyone. On the ground floor, there is an exchange shop, a souvenir shop, perfume shop and a beauty salon in case anyone would like to use the amenities. I definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again if I go back to Cairo.

Stay was ok, the quality of the room was below my expectations. The room feels outdated and needs to be upgraded and cleaned better. However, the level of service of staff was top-notch. Breakfast spread was superb, mostly international but also had the local selection. Bar was ok and had good deals for dinner and drinks. Hotel is within in the city and near to the airport. I appreciate the concierge service organized as it made my visa on arrival and passport control processing seamless. Thank you to Ahmed for the thoughtful assistance throughout the process.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well‑equipped, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient for business trips. Breakfast offered a good variety of food. I would recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again.
