I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

Not worth the money at all,, breakfast wasn’t even that good.. no bathroom amenities.. no blackout curtains 🤦🏻🤦🏻gate security are annoying keep asking for room number your name your paid receipt 🧾 every time you enter. Wasting time and energy.. I don’t recommend it at all

I had a truly wonderful experience and never expected to feel this grateful..🙏 The hotel is fantastic, .the manager Mr Mostafa and staff were incredible, and the food was fresh, spotless, and beyond exceptional..Can't Thank Enough Mr Mostafa To All The Things He Did ..His politeness And Kindness He Did Such A Great Job Taking Care Of Every Single Detail ..Also I want To Thank Miss Youstina For The Great Hospitality ..She Was Beyond Perfect ..very helpful and friendly ..to the reception ahmed and mohamed thanks to them ..And Finally To miss naglaa The Head Of The Housekeeping And Her staff Thank You All For Everything❤️✨️🙏

Look around there are better places to stay. Complimentary drinking water per day is just x 2 600ml. But the staff tries there best to add up another 2 bottles on request. Amex credit cards not accepted. And lot of things needs improvement. Staff are helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Tolip El Galaa Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, prompt, friendly, and always delivered with a smile (Loubna😊). The location is perfect, offering convenience while still feeling peaceful and secure. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. I look forward to staying here again!

Excellent location Thanks to Ms Yarra & Ms Yousrina for great customer service Excellent room service ——EXTREMELY POOR INTERNET WIFI SERVICE ——I believe a balance is required between the guest's safety and respecting their privacy and autonomy. ——The policy may require flexibility to manage its case on its merits for the sake of EGYPT’S TOURISM REPUTATION. ——However, the biggest drawbacks are very strict, rigid customer service with no tourist mentality YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT YOUR FRIENDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT YOU IN YOUR ROOM, EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN EXECUTIVE ROOM YOU MUST MEET THEM ONLY IN THE LOBBY !!
