Poor Customer Service and Attitude. On my third day of stay and attending breakfast I was charged for two separate coffees. I always order an Americano with a side of French vanilla syrup to add into my drink. By mistake, I was brought an Americano and a French Vanilla Latte. Again, the mistake was identified and the latte returned. Upon talking to the cashier for a refund, Anne Perril (Says that was her name, however, she was not wearing a name tag) she was very rude and disrespectful on the refund. She continued to say, " Next time, you'll be charged the two prices for the shot of syrup." She was loud and rude and continued to draw negative attention from other guests attending breakfast. Even though the server acknowledged the mistake and said I'm good for the refund, she very angrily insisted that this isn't the right way and next time, I will be charged. I'm very disappointed in the Bayfront Hotel management for allowing someone like this to act in such a way that reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. Honestly, aside from this confrontation, my stay here was awesome. She has definitely ruined this experience.

We really enjoyed their breakfast. It was really good and the staff works hard to keep it stocked and clean. The staff was great. Their elevator is different because you need a room key for it to work. We loved it here. My kid said "their carrot cake is so good I can eat 100 slices of it".

Booked for a one night stay. It was a little bit pricey for me considering I booked the room without breakfast included. The room was clean and spacious. Easy check in. We booked the hotel for its location. Just in front of the North Bus Terminal and SM City Cebu. Had some issues with the elevator buttons as we didn’t know we needed to swipe up or down.

Great value for money considering its hassle-free location, with SM City Cebu and the bus stop to and from the airport being a walking distance. Breakfast also varied per day which is something to look forward to! Staff were polite and attentive, room was clean, and the water pressure was great! Was a bit disappointed with the lack of free weights at the gym so we didn’t really get to try it. Given that the hotel is one building, events can be heard should you be at the lower floors so if you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to request a higher floor. Nevertheless, we loved our stay at the hotel!

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, just across SM City Cebu, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it's a practical and value-for-money option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Cebu, whether for business or a short getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again.

They won't allow you in the restaurant without sleeves and shoes on. They don't say this in their online info. Made life very difficult because I'm a big guy and finding shoes and a shirt quickly in my size, even with a mall across the street was very difficult. Ended up in an argument with my wife over the more than 3 hours I searched in this huge mall. They say they want shirt and shoes so that everyone will be comfortable! What about my comfort. Seems more discrimination that comfort.

Budget hotel~ Great location near the bus terminal and pier. Walkable distance to SM mall. The room is big with basic furniture. The bathroom is a bit old but for one night stay is ok. Breakfast is included with limited choice. In-room WiFi is stable. Can’t complain with this price in such a convenient location.

The breakfast Buffet was good! The room cleaning crew and room service were good. The security guard outside was awesome! Wish the hotel has more amenities like pool for the guests. Also the towels in the room was just the bath towels. They don't have the hand and face towels available:-( If your room is close to the 2nd and 5th floor be ready for some noise nuisance for these two floors where function halls are located. I requested also to be transferred for a better room, day after our noon check in as our window was facing a wall:-( The hotel location was just a walk away to the SM mall.Management should consider transferring the function halls to the highest floor and have better soundproof rooms so guests can have a quiet stay …
