I had a lovely experience at Radisson Blu Cebu! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and Filipino hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Cebu and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my time in Cebu. The hotel is a little older, and you can see that in a few places, but it’s clear that a lot has been modernized and well maintained. My suite was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and genuinely a pleasure to come back to. What really made the stay special, though, was the service. I was actually asked to leave a review, which I normally rarely do, but in this case I really wanted to. I was impressed by the staff not just once, but every single day. Different members of the team consistently went above and beyond, and the service was always warm, attentive, and professional. That kind of consistency makes a huge difference. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. It’s huge, with a great variety of choices, and everything I tried was really good. Unfortunately, the pool was undergoing renovation during my stay, which was a little disappointing. The nearby mall is also undergoing some renovations, but it’s literally just a 2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel, so the location is still incredibly convenient. Despite the ongoing renovations, I was extremely happy with my stay. The room, location, breakfast, and especially the outstanding service made this a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu Cebu team for such a wonderful stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

We booked this hotel for the good location (next to SM city and next to the north bus terminal) and for the pool. To our surprise however the pool was closed down for renovations when we arrived. These renovations have been ongoing for more than a month and there was no mention of this when we booked in this period. This had a large negative impact on our experience with this hotel. The hallways and room did not smell pleasant. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Radisson Blu Cebu is an amazing property with a grand, spacious lobby and equally spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel is well maintained, with excellent facilities, including a well equipped gym and a relaxing spa. It is around 30–40 minutes from the airport, making it fairly convenient. The only disappointment during our stay was that the swimming pool was under repair. Apart from that, everything was excellent. A wonderful property and one I’ll definitely keep coming back to!

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were both spacious and had all the standard amenities you’d expect from a hotel of this level. The staff were also very accommodating throughout my stay. I was allowed an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight for me. As someone who really enjoys breakfast, I was impressed by the selection and variety. I’d say it was better than most hotel breakfast buffets I’ve experienced—and honestly, I found myself looking forward to breakfast while I was still eating breakfast. 😂 The gym was okay and had enough equipment to get a decent workout in, although I’d describe it as fairly bare-bones. It’s functional if you want to maintain your routine, but don’t expect a particularly extensive fitness facility. One disappointment was that the pool was under renovation during my stay, and I wasn’t made aware of this before booking. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand, especially since access to hotel facilities can be an important consideration when choosing a property. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and accommodating staff, with the pool renovation being the main drawback.

Really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Cebu. It's a beautiful property with a spacious lobby, large comfortable rooms and great facilities. The gym and spa are excellent, and the hotel is around 30–40 minutes from the airport. The only letdown was that the pool was under repair during our stay. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place we'll keep coming back to!

Our stay at Radisson Blu Cebu City was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from the staff. A very special shout out to Rose and Daniel for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Staff like them are the reason guests keep coming back. The breakfast buffet was also superb — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. There was an excellent variety of dishes, everything was fresh and delicious, and the dining experience each morning was something we genuinely looked forward to. Thank you, Radisson Blu Cebu, for such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cebu City and will definitely be returning in the future!
