I had a wonderful experience at Quest Hotel and Conference Center Cebu. Today, after returning from my golf round, I accidentally left my mobile phone in a taxi. About 10 minutes later, I realized my phone was missing and immediately asked the hotel staff for help. The team was very calm, professional, and reassuring. They told me not to worry and immediately coordinated with the Security Team. They reviewed the CCTV footage, identified the taxi, and worked hard to contact the driver. After some time, they successfully located the taxi driver and helped me recover my phone. I would like to give special thanks to Arvin, Arnaldo, and the entire Security Team for their outstanding assistance, professionalism, and kindness. Their dedication turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. This level of service is truly exceptional and is one of the reasons I would highly recommend Quest Hotel and Conference Center Cebu to other travelers. Thank you again for your excellent service!

Great stay at a budget hotel.. An excellent hotel with amenities that make the stay really comfortable. It has a gym, swimming pool and a beautiful restaurant serving buffet breakfast, though we didn't get a chance to try it. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with plenty of food options nearby, including places open late at night. Ayala Mall is just a 5–10 minute walk via Metro Supermarket and there's also a vegetarian restaurant called Daniel's Diet nearby. The airport is around 30 minutes away by Grab during lighter traffic but can take 50–60 minutes during peak hours. Another plus is the dedicated parking on the 4th floor. Overall, a comfortable stay with good amenities and a convenient location. Great value for a 3-star hotel! 😊

We keep coming back to this hotel every time we come home to the Philippines because of its location and service. Location is a 10/10, just across Ayala Cebu. The service? 10/10. From the security guards to the front desk agents/concierge team and housekeeping, everyone has exceptional service. We also dine in for breakfast, and the abundance of options is always a hit. The restaurant crews are very hospitable as well. Some rooms may feel outdated, but the cleanliness? It is unmatched. Complete toiletries and water dispensers are available on every floor, which is a plus. The only suggestion is that I hope the courtesy call, which I really appreciate, checking on the guest after check-in, will be changed to a courtesy text instead. Just so the guest cannot be disturbed once the phone rings, especially for light sleepers, checking in after a long flight, or in the same scenario. Nonetheless, we will come back, we will dine in again, and will always 100% recommend!

Me and my partner had a truly pleasant stay at Quest Hotel Cebu. From the moment I arrived, the excellent management and outstanding customer service made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The team was attentive to our personal requests and ensured that our needs were met promptly and professionally. I would especially like to commend Ms. Helena at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating, courteous, and professional throughout our stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Her dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. I highly recommend Quest Hotel Cebu to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm, efficient, and customer-focused service. The quest, Hotel and conference centers in a wonderful location very close to a large mall, only a five minute walk. The hotel staff wasvery hospitable throughout the stay. The room was very large and well equipped with comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The restaurant had a wonderful buffet for breakfast and for dinner. The dinner price is very reasonable at approximately US$20.My only complaint was at the hallway and elevators were always very hot!

The buffet was very nice very good, a lot of food and very tasty all. They have local cuissine and also international. You can also join the eating room if you are not in the hotel foor a good price. Unlimited eat for the price is very good very nice price for value. Paul was the best waiter not only in the hotel in all town. We will come back.

We had a great stay in Quest Hotel Cebu! 1. The hotel staffs are approachable and accommodating, special mention their manager ( I forgot her name who attend our call regarding our airport pick up and she was the one attending our check in) 2|2. Especially their sumptuous breakfast buffet, the foods are mouthwatering and delectable. |3. Our room is very comforting space.|We loved our stay here!! We will definitely come back and stay here again. 🥰
