Location is good, the room is too noisy both from outside and the corridor, pretty much no isolation. Also the light from the corridor is too bright.

only thing this place has going for it is the location. checked into our room and the bin by the sink was full of rubbish from previous guests, room extremely small, pillows and rug on the floor were damp, no toilet roll, towels looked worn and unclean. had to leave and find new accommodation after sitting in the room for a few minutes as it was just so dirty. how this place has such good reviews is beyond me, i feel catfished 😭

Great location. The room isn't big, but it's fine for an overnight stay. The shower didn't work well and flooded the entire floor.

A perfect place to stay to explore the city. Excellently situated for the medina, souika, the Kasbah and the ras el ma fountains. Fantastic view from the terrace of the sunsets and sunrise, and the best mint tea in the city. The hotel is unique and prettily decorated with lots of morrocan design and decorative touches. Well placed for central restaurants, shops and boutiques, and little off the beaten track corners of the medina to explore. What makes the whole experience so lovely is the hotel staff who give excellent advice and tips for how to get the best out of your stay from where to eat, organising taxis and restaurants and generally exceptional levels of service for their guests. We loved our stay and wish we’d stayed longer to explore more of the nearby national parks, fountains, and the coast nearby.

Bad room, no toilet inside. The toilet is separated, dirty and stinky. The rooftop is not well organized, cannot sit by day and we found smoke, dirty trash on the tables. Better to avoid with this price you can get an appartment with breakfast.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a 2–3 minute walk from the central square, with excellent access. It was a bit disappointing that there was no air conditioning, but since many other hotels in the area also didn’t have it, it might just be common for this region.
