We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and are so happy we did! It’s the perfect little oasis in Chiang Mai, with gorgeous grounds and the nicest staff! The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the entire hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We only stayed for 2 nights but both regretted not staying longer when we left since we had the best time here. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

Staffs are fully support with great service mind. Very beautiful greenery and very quiet. I can fully recharge and another good thing is free water unlimited. Breakfast is also good with choices of coffee like you are ordering it at the cafe.

Truly a memorable experience! Currently on my second night and just had to do a review already. The rooms were amazing, clean, great A/C, little details gifts that make the experience so special and unique. Had an amazing early birthday surprise. Staff were super accommodating on finding a driver for our excursions. The driver they recommended was amazing, I got engaged on the excursion and the driver made the experience one to remember! The breakfast is also amazing, huge variety great views. Will be recommending this hotel to everyone! I never want to leave this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Na Nirand Romantic Boutique Resort and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Team members like you are a great asset to any hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food, and the restaurants served excellent meals. Everything was perfect here! We spent a part of our honeymoon trip at this resort and it was the best decision! Everyone was so friendly and delightful to be around. All the staff was there to greet you at any time and was there to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai!

Stayed here during our honeymoon and this resort is one of the reasons that we fell in love with Chiang Mai. I don't think I've ever felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel as we were with the staff at Na Nirand. The staff were consistently checking in on us and providing recommendations, and it was truly one of the most accommodating experiences we've had. As a lovely bonus, they came by each evening to provide a very neat, small handmade gift. A special shoutout to Bean, our guest relations manager, who brought incredible energy to every interaction we had with her and was constantly looking out for us. The pool is a saltwater pool and it's quite large relative to the size of the resort. The bar by the pool is also good. My wife ordered a pina colada and it was surprisingly one of the best ones either of us have ever had. Breakfast was fantastic here - the view over the river is beautiful, the restaurant and outdoor areas are clean, and we were happy with the range of cuisines and their quality. Our only complaint is that the process of connecting to the resort's wifi is pretty cumbersome. They provide wifi vouchers each with its own username and password, but they need to be re-entered every time you reconnect, so you need to keep that paper voucher around or ask the front staff for a new one. Hopefully they change this to be a simpler process in the future. Overall, my wife and I HAPPILY recommend Na Nirand to anyone looking for a smaller luxury resort to stay at with staff that will show an extra level of care and accommodation. We really appreciated it, and if we ever come back to Chiang Mai then we know that this is where we'd stay again.

I loved the hotel's unique and testeful decor as well as the peaceful and relaxing atmostphere.|One of my favorite parts was having breakfast in the morning with a beautiful river view and excellent foods.|The room was clean and comfortable, and I also loved the gentle floral scents around the hotel. They added to the relaxing and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful botique resort. Just completed 2 nights during rainy season (Early June). The resort is quaint and beautiful. The pool is fantastic, the restuarant has a variety of cuisines and the spa was very relaxing. Restuarant is also on the bank of the river, so great to see local wildlife (herons I think?) as I enjoy breakfast on the patio. Service is excellent and most staff members were able to speak some English. Highly reccomend!
